@@timbates4wdadventures its an endless thing updating the rig for trips. I've done a fair bit to it from purchase, still got some extras myself though. I think I'll setup near the Murray river at Gol Gol where I live and do my walk around.

G'day mate, The reduction gears are 42% lower than what i had from standard in my low range gears. Only the low range gearing change, high range stays the same. So, the original low range gearing cluster is removed from the transfer case, and a whole new, larger cogs low range gear cluster is in stalled. To give you an idea. 1st gear low range from standard is equivalent to 2nd gear low range with the reduction gearing cluster going in. 1st gear now is wicked for slow crawling tracks. Gday mate, no question is a dumb question. Happy to answer any questions. The UHF antenna is for my UHF radio that I have inside my Patrol. The radio is used for convoy communications when away on a trip with other vehicles. Just a way of chatting to each vehicle in the convoy. Hope that helps.
Love your setup mate, very well done and well thought out. Regarding the rear locker, did you find the patrol drives much differently not having the rear lsd when your rear locker is not engaged? Do you find you have to use 4wd more on 'easy' terrain?

A few new under bonnet changes have gone on. It’s now had a bigger intercooler and bigger bonnet scope. Stage 2 turbo up grade and retune. It’s amazing to drive now. All the work including the catch can was done by Diesel Tune Australia, in Dandenong. Melbourne. They can tell you any extra information that you might have. Cheers Batesy.

Hi mate, The alloy rack on my roof has a maximum carrying capacity of 150kg, when evenly spread across the rack.. It might be worth chatting with the boys at Tradesman Roofracks about the boat that you want to carry.
Thanks mate, I'm living in europe, so I have look a self made solution...the essence of my question if there is safe driving on the highway with a 150kg boat on the roof. I want to take the boat to the roof when I towing my caravan at the max speed 80km/h.
Yeah no worries mate. It would still be worth having a chat with the guys at Tradesman Roofracks about that. Maybe if you send them an email about the question you have.
But you are already at the maximum load capacity already, so its maybe not a good idea to travel at that speed with that much weight on the roof. Would also depend on the vehicle the rack is mounted on as well I would reckon.
