    I wake up at 5 am, exercising and taking our breakfast at the same time, so I can launch 3 online shops while Im in a shower.
    At 9 am, I have a meeting to discuss whats work and whats not. For me, everything has to work, so I will take an extra work while eating lunch, so I can launch and analyze facebook ads while I take 30 minutes of productive nap.

    I sleep during shower then meditate on a KPI meeting while listening to 2 audio books, one in each ear, at 5x the speed. Then i workout on the treadmill while self publishing entire college textbooks. I skip lunch so that I can save more time. I breathe at 10x the speed to inhale as much oxygen as possible to be able to do it all over again tomorrow. And yes, I also sleep at 2x the speed so I’m ready for the day at least 3 days ahead of time but still have my girlfriend waiting on ETA.

No need to unlock the doors, your workstation are always on, you type two characters and click send before the meeting. while the rest of the team arrives a few seconds later like clockwork. How is that even possible in just two hours? My first two hours in the morning are spent on waking up, preparing breakfast, taking a shower, arguing with my wife while choosing my clothes to wear and checking my emails, looking for my car key, getting newspaper/mails, that's it.

    Sounds like the horrific NY life I use to live...i worked for Martha stewart (it's like working for the devil wears Prada)...it was a horribly stressful job...I packed my bags after 5 years and moved to Florida, I'm so much happier now. Advice for melinials: dont romanticize work! Make sure you have a work life balance, if you have to wake up.at 4:am everyday so that you can work, eat and socialize that means you dont have a job with work-life balance.

  • @frilanstranslator
    @frilanstranslator 6 років тому +1

    I wake up when my body asks me to (usually at 6:30 am), I meditate, have breakfast and work for 2 hours. Then I play on the computer for 1-2 hours and work 1 more hour. Then I make my lunch, eat and rest for about 1 hour. Then I work for 1-2 hours and usually finish work about 5 pm. Then I take more time for me to read, have a 1 hour walk, meditate and play. Then I do some calesthenics and have a shower. Then I read, listen to a good album in bed or watch a movie/series. And then I sleep. I have about 6 hours of "me time" a day. Your life seems perfect... if you are playing to the gallery. But when are you going to play truly for yourselves? For the kid you have in you... He/she is still there silently crying for you to play with him/her...
