And the only thing that ruined his marriage was when his first wife started working and didn’t have dinner on the table. He does not think the affair had anything to do with it. It was the fact that she wasn’t soft and became an executive a tough executive and wasn’t soft like he thinks a woman should be. Somehow I don’t think she would agree.

Marla says, "You make a commitment between yourselves and God," but here's the thing, she had an affair with another woman's husband. She was in a place she had no business being in, so what made her think the commitment she and Trump had with each other was going to last? She interfered in someone elses life knowing he was married, yet she still engaged in a relationship with him. Why would God approve of that relationship? He doesn't. Scripture is very clear about adultery. I have seen females going after married men, knowing that they are married, and yet they interfere anyway, so I have zero sympathy for them. Too bad, so sad.

Well plenty of women in United States behave in this manner because they see the man as being more responsible because he has the family and can manage his job his personal life and his secret life of course that he creates with the adulteress. Lol my sister who is a year younger than me made a bold statement when we were young girls saying that it'd be better to be a mistress than a wife. That was from her observations from a young age probably about as young as 12 or 13 years old. We used to watch all types of movies and that's where she got her idea from.

But once a person marries, the two should feel a commitment and try to make it work. That’s loyalty.. that’s a word that no one believes in anymore. They don’t even know what it means , so that when they are disloyal they are not even aware of it.

Jesus Galindo, I am inclined to agree- I don’t care what politicians get up to in their private lives, so long as it’s legal, ethical and consensual. But at this point Mr Trump wasn’t the president (while he had been wooed from the Democratic Party to the GOP by this time, for potential office, he hadn’t even put himself forward as the Reform Party candidate at this time... he had joined the Reform party when the GOP failed to select him as their candidate).

It makes my blood boil when I hear someone who was married with someone and had children say that they built something on their own and do not feel that the person who had their children, stayed home to raise their children, saving them alot of money on child care, allowing them to grow their business by helping them out by taking care of their children which is also their responsibility should deserve a better compensation than the misley little dollars these selfish fools want to throw at you. If I'm staying home raising our children, cooking, cleaning, taking care of all the house needs and our children I better be compensated! Raising children is not a ONE parent job! It requires both parents carrying out all the responsibilities and tasks that children require. Before I married, I was working a full-time job, had my own home and my career just like my now husband. The first thing I told him was if we ever have children and we both decide that I will stay home to raise our children, I better get compensated very generously for my efforts and work because raising children is the hardest job in the world. Let's not forget that by staying home your are saving lot's of money on child care. I was very clear with my husband that the day I stop working to stay home and care for OUR children not MY children and if my husband would ever make me feel bad about staying home, or make comment about me not working, or not doing something for myself, or give any indication that his money is his money, that would be the day that I would go straight to work and make him pay for child care on his own while I go out to make my money. I let him know that he would be responsible for all the tasks from prepping food, changing diapers, staying up late, picking up the children while I go to work. I don't mess around! I even told him if he tried not to follow through with his responsibility I would pick up our children go straight to his work and drop them off with a diaper bag so he knows I mean business 😆 I told him I would do that everyday until he starts to be more considerate and generous with my parenting and free child care services! Lol Needless to say that he knows best how to act to stay on my good grace. 👍I never sold my home and till this day I make sure I have a safety net! I learned very quickly that everyone should have something for themselves in case anything happens. Love does not pay the bills. Over 60% of marriages end up in divorce generally speaking. I'm sure that number has increased recently due to COVID. Can't rely on anyone. We all need to have a plan.

I didn’t even finish reading all that non sense. You’re lucky to even be married. I promise it’s cheaper for a ma to pay a daycare instead of paying a wife in a divorce later down the road that feels she should be payed to take care of her own kids. You have a ridiculous way of looking at a marriage. A man could just have a full time maid to do the duties you listed and he would be much better off. You shouldn’t get paid to take care of your own kids. FYI your payment would be in the house you stayed in, the car you drove and the food you eat. It’s not like the man is really giving up anything except all the time away while at work. Which could possibly be cut in half if both parents where working. Not like a persons time on this earth in the most valuable non replaceable thing there is.

Great point, if you work hard your entire life, it is not fair for someone to turn up and take it away, just because you decided to marry. During the marriage you share and enjoy everything, but once you are divorced, you leave something for the person, but too much is not fair, unless you decide to do so. Plus, if the prenup is $1million vs $25 million, it motivates the spouse to stay married.

    • @orophile594

I think women could be financially independent after divorce if they were not responsible to help their millionaire husbands. men do not lose anything in marriage. if women were not obliged to live in a man's world and give up on their dreams for their husband and children, they could have been millionaire themselves and pay their husbands. but discremination, situtation, sexual harassments, having weaker physics, being a mother and dozens of other reasons which actually benefits men, did not let women to be as financially independent as men and therefore have the same power as men have. so men should compensate. as long as they are loyal and grateful to each other, it is fine. but when the husband cheated, and made woman to get a divorce, he should pay for her services since she give up her own interest for a cheater.

I think he's being honest and practical. Before marriages turn sour, money isnt a topic. Its just there for mutual enjoyment. Once marriages turn sour, then both partners true faces come around because that is the crisis. Him cheating on his wife was wrong and he can say that he fell out of love, but i think Ivana might have been cheated with many times before it was Marla. Also, when he says about working, well I agree with him in many ways because when you live with the same person you work with, business gets inevitably mixed with house affairs and things go bad. And that is where the true incompatibility comes to the forefront.

@no name His dad gave him much much more than that. But he still failed miserably again and again. His reported net worths are known lies. He's a con man and not a very good one. He cheated contractors and suckers like you who thought he was worth something. Why would I be jealous? He is SAD.
