- Hello and welcome to episode 31, yes we are going back in time because the radiator took twice as long to get repaired as I had anticipated. So rather than do nothing last week I brought forward the Car Builders and carpet episode I had ready to go while I waited for the radiator to come back to me.
I guess copper and brass radiator repairs are becoming a rare specialty!
During this episode I manage to get some heat into this long dormant 4MA Cleveland but not enough to get the car to operating temperature so I can rev the Kajones off it and see how it sounds with the new X pipe exhaust at full noise.
I ended the festivities early as my yard was filling up with smoke and I could hear my neighbours around me closing up their doors and windows to keep my smoke out of their houses.
good on ya ..
My Saturday was using an Amazon plastic welding kit to repair the GT grill on my XB. It worked very well. Great to see your wagon getting closer.
I worked for a motorcycle spray painter years ago and he used a gas soldering torch with the tip removed for his plastic welding, similar thing?
@@Missleindustry yeah this is like a little electric soldering iron.
Hey do you have an email people can contact you on. If so, maybe flash it on screen one episode.

sounds nice to me you didnt spend a lot of money on the exhaust well done
Cheers, it worked out pretty well for a first effort.
Aluminium angle works for radiator bottom mount. 40 X 20
That is a fair idea.
@@Missleindustry it works. Same set up.
