Thanks for this comment, I’ve been training for nearly 4 years and while all my upper body has progressed extremely well, my legs are very behind maybe due to the fact I just started training them lol. My stomach appears to be fairly round and I noticed I have an anterior pelvic tilt probably due to weak glutes and legs in general. I’m hoping to train them 3x a week hard to catch up and fix my bloated stomach+ pelvic tilt.

Christian I watch all of your videos and I think you're truly an inspiration! Just wanted to tell you that your videos are super high quality but your intro/outro music is super loud compared to the video and I always watch with headphones lol so it kind of just hits you super hard before a normal volume video. I don't mean to be criticizing I definitely wouldnt be able to put out high quality videos like you especially daily! but I think maybe you can turn the volume down on your intro song. Note on fiber: if you are starting to experience stomach issues, fiber can and will usually make the problem much worse. Fiber is great for maintaining regular bowel movements but it is NOT a treatment for constipation.

Quick tip I learned from a gastroenterologist for curing bloating is if you've been bloated for more than one hour you can easily alleviate it by pushing your stomach out as far as you can then feel for the softest part on your left side and puncture it with a small needle or thumbtack. Instant results but not for the faint of heart.
