- Amber Heard, while testifying during her defamation trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp, was questioned about an audio recording of the couple discussing one of their arguments, this one with Depp's son Jack also present. Depp accused Heard of screaming at him after he fell asleep on the couch and spilled wine on her, which resulted in "freaking Jack out." Heard apologized profusely for doing that in front of his children.

It’s funny, ONLY mention of the wine spilling. No sexual assault mentioned, no trauma, no talking about “Why would you hit me?” Or anything like that. If the jury assumed ‘see’ as in a patient being seen by the nurse, then they might think she needed mental help during the incident and implying that the help required was so severe at the time requiring a medical staff person to intervene.

It infuriates me, regarding her claims. Anyone that was a battered knows that you fear your abuser. You would be afraid to speak to them in this matter bc of repercussion of what the consequences would be. You walk on eggshells, afraid when they are around. You do everything you can to not upset them, to the point of total submission and fear. Speaking from experience this woman was not abused physical or sexually. She has no clue what she's talking about. It took me a long time to have a my own voice after what I was put through. My ex-husband has passed away and I still shake uncontrollably when I speak about the details. When I see a picture of him it sets off my shaking. I have forgiven him. He asked me to forgive him. But, 21 years later the effects are still obvious at times. That's why this upsets me so badly. People that jump on the bandwagon with her are clueless as well.
I just can't stand the fact that she just can't answer questions directly. Even when they are simplified down to Subject-verb, noun, adjective questions. It's almost impossible for her to say "yes" or "no". The reason she lost is not just because of the evidence against her, but simply because she can't answer questions. She adds technicalities, redirects, or anything else she can to avoid answering. What I really don't understand is why? Even if the question is something like: 'Your birthday is August 9th, yes? Her answer: "Well, I was born on Monday August 9th in Texas, so, depending on which time zone we are in, and which country, that would be my birthdate.'" I mean, what is the point? It just made her look dishonest, over and over again. But for some unexplicable reason, she can't just answer 'yes' or 'no'.

I understand this has been covered a lot, but I've never seen ANYBODY in court asked a question by the attorney/council and immediately turn the opposite direction towards the jury? Typically, when someone answers a question presented to them, they answer the person asking the question, not the entire courtroom. This is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen plain and simple. I imagine she wants to face plant Camille just for being Johnny's lawyer because she is so abusive and narcissistic. You can tell she's growing an immense hatred because this woman is calling her out on so much. It's almost comical to watch because I think the jury will see her seething and understand that this woman is the abuser and has never been abused.

Even when she did had pictures of her "bruises" that were on her face..the bruises appeared to be self inflicted in which experts even confirmed it was self inflicted if I'm not mistaken.

I'm curious to know the time line of the pictures taken. Was it done in a short period of time? Or were they taken over a long period of time. To me it feels like she was setting the stage for a divorce, once they were married. And by taking photos of JD in his situation, tells you how calculating she is. I'm a nursing administrator and had an employee come into work after her husband beat her face like Amber claims Johnny did. Her whole face was swollen for weeks afterward. It was terrible to see. Long story short, was staying with ex brother in law at my house when mother was dying. He’d drink a bottle or two of wine every night, and on three occasions passed out, spilling wine on me, my leather couch and the carpet. I wasn’t thrilled..but gently took the glass out of his hand, roused him, guided him off to bed, and cleaned up the spillage. Contrary to Amber’s beliefs, that’s what people do when they care about someone, even when their habits are deeply concerning.
