How deep is the water that you’re fishing in?
Is there a strong current?
Both of those factors will determine the best way to rig your shrimp, and in this video, I’ll give you a simple rule of thumb to help you decide based on the conditions you’re fishing in.

Definitely have white paddltail lures with you and shrimp lures will work well! 1/8 oz. weights on your jigheads and hooks will do the trick if you're fishing inshore in 1-3 feet of water. Let us know how you do!

I just lost a big fish because my line busted I was using a plastic shrimp first cast of the day never had that happen to me in my life I think I'ma use spider line with a heavy lure next time just don't have the funds for any tackle right now
