    IF is magical especially for age group of 35 to 60 years. It is not good if you don't know what to eat and what not to eat in your eight hours of eating window.

    Why would a nutritionist ever agree with the idea of intermittent fasting…its free and gives magical results free of cost…she knows very well muscle loss is very hard to achieve…jab 15 prcnt body fat pe pohochta hai insaan tab chance hota h muscle loss ka…HGH release hota h fasting ke time jo muscle building me help karta hai…ranveer should counter her he has made countless videos on benefits of intermittent fasting
