But that thing about not eating fruits in the morning is confusing..some ayurvedic people say the contrary..she seems to be saying the contrary to what others say over certain matters.We need to do our own bit of research through clinical studies to confirm our doubts. I heard stomach acid damages the antioxidants in fruits. Fruits are supposed to go to intestine by eating first as stomach sends it down qyickly. Eating after food keeps them longer in stomach and gets damaged by stomach acid.

Can you please clarify what is gut , you referring here. If stomach is gut then stomach release acid then it kills all the bacteria. If intestines are gut you are referring, then some says body take longer time to run from the intestines, as they are much longer in belly. Can you clarify
