    aaj ke doctors human body ke baare me 5 %se bhi kam jante hai lekin we ordinary people are depending totaly on them thats why in last 50 years medical bill have been increasing but fitness and energy level in human body is decreasing allopath is useful only for emergency situations

    Beet root need to be taken without boiling..it works more...when it boiled it's nutritive value decreases

    I have done some toxicity studies on non-stick cookware...and indeed it is bad for health.
    But that thing about not eating fruits in the morning is confusing..some ayurvedic people say the contrary..she seems to be saying the contrary to what others say over certain matters.We need to do our own bit of research through clinical studies to confirm our doubts. Because i do have some doubts about what she is saying.

    After starvation mode all night, fruits are a blessing in the morning. No need to hsve dry fruits and milk & curd toh definitely not with fruits. Every seasonal fruit is superb, and offers huge health benefits. Diabetecs are no exception. I have tonnes of fruits in the morning and am still losing weight. To obtsin numerous health benefits fruits are best consumed on an empty stomach and never after meals. NEVER

      For the last 4 years, I have been having fruits on an empty stomach. and feeling always greater, no diseases. till today. and fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach only. because it digests directly in the intestine only. and its digestion timing is also less. if we eat fruits after any meal it will ferment there itself.

    One question popping in my head.... If we drink plain water in the morning on an empty stomach... Wether regular water or lukewarm water.... Or with lemon juice and honey..... Will that also like eating fruit... Carry away all the good bacteria...

      Carry overnight saliva within in your mouth to empty stomach with 2-3glass of water in the morning. It helps in flush out so many diseases

    I totally disagree with her. Fruits by and large every dietician prescribes on an empty stomach. She's the first person I've heard who says should not eat. I disagree

      I heard stomach acid damages the antioxidants in fruits. Fruits are supposed to go to intestine by eating first as stomach sends it down qyickly. Eating after food keeps them longer in stomach and gets damaged by stomach acid.

    Total bakwaas I eat 2 k.g fruits every day start in morning till evening and take just one meal of cooking food my all health problems disappear.ye log biscuits ki tarif karte hain jo 3 mahine purana hota hai aur total maide se bana hua hota hai aur 30 se 40 ghante me digest hota aur fruits jo 1 ghante me digest ho jata hai.kya bakwaas hai

    Can you please clarify what is gut , you referring here. If stomach is gut then stomach release acid then it kills all the bacteria. If intestines are gut you are referring, then some says body take longer time to run from the intestines, as they are much longer in belly. Can you clarify

    most of point she told are wrong fruites khane ke turant baad ya turant pahle nahi lena chahiye there some chemicals in almost all fruites which create hurdles in digestion and weekens system
    one of the best remedyfor physical health is subah khali pet fruites se din start karna, but seasnal fruites only fruite se diabetes hota hai ekdam galat information hai sare medical sector ye jaanbhoojh kar sach nahi batate hai
