Hey mate just come across your video, absolutely loved it, keep up the awesome vids and adventures, I’ve subscribed to your channel and look forward to seeing more adventures. Cheers mate.
Cheers mate! Hope you enjoyed Deep Creek! You’ll have to check out my new products I’ve recently launched at www.cruisy.co - perfect campsite accessories!
Cracking video mate! Came across your channel while searching for videos on Deep Creek. Quality is superb and you managed to pack a lot of information in there. I'm sure your channel's gonna blow up pretty soon. Keep doing what you are doing. Super excited for your journey to NT. Subbed!
Hey brother came to say how much I enjoy your camping content and find inspo for mine. It’s really good bro, I’ve binge watched all your vids between yesterday when I found your channel and this morning rewatching the Grampians one while I have a coffee. Deadset thought you had like 100k subs with content like this. Keep at it bro I’m inspired and I enjoy watching your channel, looking forwards to the next vid brother. Awesome
Hey mate! Thank you so much for the kind words! Really means a lot. Not sure about 100k subs but we'll see haha. Need to get out and make some more soon. Cheers again man!
Well done. Great vid. Deep Creek is a favorite place. Blowhole beach is gorgeous. It's a must do each time I'm down that way. Been there twice in the last couple months. It's getting to be a challenge though National Parks seems to have decided rather than maintain the track just declare it 4WD only. Well, my humble little Suby Forrester can still do the track even if lots of wheel spin on the way up. :)
@@SearchingForFreedom_ Most welcome. Must also say your Amarok setup is awsome. My boy has one and it's a great machine to drive. I'm looking to step up to real 4x4 and looking at all the options at the moment.
@@robguyatt9602 Cheers mate! Love the Amarok, she's taken me all over the country over the last 18 months without fault. You'll have to check out my recent product launch! Magnetic gear holders for camping! cruisy.co
Great video. I like the thought and effort behind your shots. Pulling into Deep Creek off the highway with the sign in focus. We literally camped at the same camp site at Cobbler Hill site 4, but we camped in Nov so we missed out on a bon fire. loved the drone shots over Blowhole Beach and we agree Blowhole is one of if not the best beach in SA, Second Valley doesn't compare. Keep creating and we look forward to seeing more adventures.👍
Wow your video blown me away! You have good skills in editing and all. Me and my husband always love being on the road around SA whenever he is on his RnR from flying in fly out work. We are thinking of modifying our triton into somehow a good camping car like yours. We might get ideas from you where in Adelaide we can best modify our triton ☺️instead of buying camper trailer. New subscriber here🤩👏goodluck om your adventure👏
Cheers for vid mate, what’s the brand of that rooftop tent? Have you installed it yourself Wanna buy one for Mercedes’ Van but not sure which should I go for? Any recommendations welcome Cheers
Thanks for watching! The tent I run is an Autohome Colmbus - it's awesome! Purchased through The Overlanders in Melbourne and definitely recommend. Easy to install yourself, they just clamp to your roof rack/cross bars.
Hey Dan, That was a really great video and my wife and I can't wait to get down there ourselves. Were in the process of decking out our Triton and keen as to hit the off-road. New Subscriber here and keep up the good work on the videos.
Amazing video mate, want to get into the 4wd/camp sector! And your set up is great, not over the top etc. For 2 adults would you recommend the roof style or tent/swag? Cheers
Thanks so much mate! Really appreciate this feedback! Absolutely love my setup and the rooftop tent is a game changer - definitely recommend it. Pros and cons to every setup but for me the ease of setup and pack down makes it a no brainer!
Hey mate, I absolutely love my setup and wouldn't change a thing! The rooftop tent is a game changer - makes setup/pack up a breeze! Everything is quick, easy and accessible! Cheers.
im a first time camper just bought a bunch of stuff from anaconda to take in my 4x4. me and my girlfriend want drive and camp. But it has been hard to find rules etc. Can you camp anywhere rural for free thats not a camp site?
Hey mate, hope you enjoy getting out there with your new gear! Free camping really depends where you are - I'd check online for the local rules of specific areas you are looking in. Cheers
I know vegans are proud and all that bullshit , but that would’ve been a sick vid if you didn’t feel the need to drop the vegan element. I never go camping bye myself and tell everyone how nice it was and that I do eat meat. Not eating meat is your choice just don’t tell everyone about it. Otherwise sick vid , have spent heaps of time at deep creek
Why mate? Not having a go at you here and completely respect your opinion, but people making these vids (and I watch a LOT of them) always rave about how good their meaty meals are. Why can't old mate here do the same?! This fella is legit the first guy I have seen to state that he is eating a Vegan meal on the road
That Lady Bay stretch is always such a treat and how lucky we are with Deep Creek so close to home : )
So epic isn’t it! Deep Creek is a beau spot. Need to get back there soon.
Very recognisable stretch of road, I love it through there too

Ya Mums vegan Spag Bol looked amasing!
😂 Can't beat mums cooking hey!
I like the cinematography. You can have a laugh when you film the car moving. Knowing you have to go back and pick up the camera.
20:48 "Log cabin structure fire" is my fav :)
Can't beat it hey!
Thanks for sharing the trip, also in SA so keen to see the spots. Keep up the great content.
Love your content ! , im gonna do same place as a practical guide . Yeah awesome work

Cheers mate! From memory the park entry fees are $13 per vehicle and $25 per night for the campground.
I love my MOCA pot too!! GOD!! You Ozzie's have the funniest names to call places, I can't stop laughing. Thumbs up down under. 👍
Bloody good coffee hey! Haha thanks mate.

Just wondering, you’re originally from Adelaide? Lots of good bush camping sites on or around the Fleurieu Peninsula? Great videos too.
I sure am mate! Definitely a lot to explore on the South Coast!
Just wondering what brand of chair you’re using
It's a Frontrunner Expander! Love it.
When you're solo camping a lone Kangaroo hopping past sounds exactly like what you'd imagine to be an axe murderer approaching
Haha! You're not wrong!
Hey bud how do u like your set up ? Ie roof top tent ? Bought new dual cab dmax think do similar for camping / fishing cheers Ian wa

You lost me at vegan 🥴
Ah well. You still decided to leave me a comment 😂

god damn this looked boring, i'm also a solo camper and have also camped at deep creek and know for a fact it doesn't have to be that dull
Thanks for the feedback mate - I had a great time though.
