I can't believe how microscopic the flaws appear to be for the most part. And I am glad they are using clear tape at least. I had red and blue tape transfer on a bunch of Boutique by the Box stuff. Super frustrating!! Seems like a very nice box, although a lot of white denim which for me is sitting right now. Thanks for sharing and best of luck to you.
I know! It makes me think how many subtle flaws like that come in and go out and I don’t even notice! I would be super mad if colored tape stained an item! I kinda thought the white denim would be slow to move too but I actually sold two pair of white denim last week ( not from this box) so I’m thinking maybe there’s still a chance!
Much more fun than your last J CREW box I saw! That last linen collab dress seems like it'd be worth a lot, can't wait to look it up and see how you priced it!
Hi there. I’m just now watching this video. I looked up Studio 189 b/c it’s new to me. I noticed the fringe dress has not sold. Just a friendly suggestion, I would try to list it under Studio 189 instead of J. Crew to see what happens. Again another great video!
I got this box too and all my clothes were bundled up wrinkled and thrown in a box :( all heavily wrinkled not even nicely folded... mostly all were crambed in a polybag.. not sure why they would do that but definitely have to heavy steam them all
Seems like it isn’t a bad box! I have only ordered from them once . Got a Starter Box. I usually order from Helpsy a lot, but am tempted to actually give Boutique by the Box another try.
They used to, now they have a disclaimer on (most, if not all) of their clothing listings stating that there might be light flaws such as deodorant or makeup marks, light pulls, etc and no refunds are given for this.
Yes and no, I guess. My sales have been steady but I have listed a lot of new items so I would have really expected sales volume to increase also. eBay has been crazy slow for me even worse than posh. Not sure what’s going on other than this is reseller life lol
@@Ohyeahrachie My daughter says that it's because people have been going to Halloween parties....I don't know. I think they did something to the algorithm. I have been re-listing so consistently. We list consistently as well. I send a TON of offers out. I finally made one sale there this morning. eBay is up and down as usual but lately it's been better....except for returns! lol
I have had some really great and really lousy boxes from both companies. I can't say that one or the other gives a better ROI. It really depends on the box.

That dress the spot came out easily with a tide stick! I priced it at $80.
Love that box some lovely items good luck on your reselling.x

Thank you so much for the suggestion. I have been so disappointed this dress retailed so high yet I cant seem to give it away. I will try that.

Oh no! Mine were in baggies too. I wonder if they come from the supplier like that and they just sell the stuff as is.

Definitely! I order a lot from Helpsy too but BBTB has entirely different stuff, so I like having a variety of both.
How do you like helpsy? I'm tempted to order but I'm a little scared of the mixed reviews
Odd because they say their boxes are flaw free unless u buy a flawed box

Half the time I can’t find the flaw when there’s tape.
I know right! Whoever is inspecting has really good eyes!
Hi Rachel....have you had slow sales on Poshmark lately? I usually do well over the weekend and NOTHING this weekend! I am concerned....

What has your research shown on whether Boutique by the Box or Helpsy Source has a higher return on investment for you?
