Nice to see an Aussie builder using quality products and putting in some extra effort for a change (coming from Zeher's site inspections). Do you plan on insulating/sealing under the window sill? You have put in a lot of effort to air seal the around the super insulated window, seems like a shame to leave an open void under the window for air, heat, moisture, and pests to pass through.
How to do air seal the bottom? Massive spot for air leakage, no? I’ve a similar install, and in heavy rain events, prior to siding being installed I have water inside the home coming in backwards up the sill. Never an issue after siding, but still massive air leakage. I started silicone sealing around the inside of the window as well, but don’t like the idea of water potentially being drive up the sill into that space.
