Great video. You do an A+ job of explaining the features of this truly WONDERFUL BIBLE. I just purchased the CSB version of the Key Word Study Bible, after purchasing a used NIV version. Like the NIV version so much that I HAD to get the CSB one, which is one of my favorite translations. This Bible is truly amazing and such a great study aid, especially for teachers and serious Bible students.

I just had to have this in the NASB version. Put it in my cart on Amazon. The sell it at my church for $90.00. I knew I would eventually find it if it was meant for me to own. Thank you for this review.
Sharon Spencer it’s a great study Bible and if you’re wanting to learn more of the original languages it will really be helpful because you can see what the word was and see why it was translated that way. Also another great one for studying is the NET Bible Full Notes edition because it tells you a lot in the notes about why it was translated that way and what’re original manuscripts say. I have it in NKJV and ESV. Absolutely love it. For me, cross-referencing, while learning and understanding the Hebrew/Greek equivalent of each word, is the best way to go waaaaaay deep into the Word. 🕊
I have this in nasb and love it. It was my most used bible for awhile. But like u said the text wasn't dark enough. I had trouble standing and reading from it while teaching but to sit at a desk/table with it is great.
That one gamer the text is very light and the small letters for the grammatical notations are hard to see. I have a NASB Life Application Study Bible that is even lighter and that one is super hard to see which is a shame cause otherwise it’s a great Bible. I think Publishers should do a darker font and if it costs a few dollars more I’m sure folks won’t mind cause they’ll be able to read it. I’d gladly pay a few more dollars for better print.
I received a few bibles for Christmas which I am thrilled about, a Message bible which I did not have in my collection, the David Bentley Hart New Testament translation from Yale University Press and an ESV New Classic Reference edition from Crossway. My reading plan is to read through from Genesis to Revelation with the Bible Project and use the ESV and The Hart translation and I intend to journal psalms, proverbs, job and ecclesisastes in my NKJV journaling bible, a year in the word. Caroline Filler I have not heard about that New Testament, I will have to look that one up. I’ve got a few copies of the Message. After I watched an episode from A.D. The Bible Continues I read part of Acts in the Message and it was so vivid reading the way it was written after just seeing the episode that was based on Acts, it was like reading a really good novel cause it brought the story to life. I like having multiple translations in my collection. I will definitely look up that NT. Also, I love the Bible Project, those guys do such a great job! I have this bible in the NASB and it is very useful to refer to while studying. It is a little more difficult to just read since it has many distractions. But, all in all it is a very nice bible. Thanks for the nice review.

If you have a bible you really love and WISH you had the "keyword" features in this bible just download the biblehub app, along with the interlinear tool it also includes ALL modern translations of the full bible, hundreds of commentaries verse by verse, reading plans, full lexicon and MUCH more, best part is that the app is FREE and you can keep using your favorite bible! ❤

It's an indispensable tool (after my physical bible) in my personal bible study, it's a really great app, if I ever hit a passage I'm not quite understanding I get on the app and read all the commentary (often times you get lots of different perspectives on the same verse, which I like because it means the app producers don't have a particular theological agenda), dig deep into the original Greek or Hebrew and also look into related verses. It's so useful, it definetly takes a huge load off the number of physical books I would need for study which is esspecially nice when not at home. So happy I could turn someone else on to it, hope it aids you in your personal studies! Love your videos! Peace and Love in Christ! ❤

Between your review & Airik1111, I've decided to return my NKJV Word Study Bible and get the Hebrew-Greek Keyword Study Bible instead! The ghosting is terrible and I find it so hard to read! Which translation do you recommend? I grew up KJV and have the NKJV Open Bible and also the Holman's. The CSB looks like it might be easier altho I like the capitalization of the pronouns of the NKJV. Since it's quite an investment I'd appreciate your input. Sorry to go around the block to cross the street! 😉 Thanks so much!

David Fl I have one but I haven’t used it enough yet to review it. The physical Bible with the wide margins and lambskin cover is beautiful but I know some of the notes might not be what I would agree with but that’s the case with almost any study Bible. Especially ones done by one man vs a team. If I read it enough this year to get a good feel on the notes then I’ll plan on reviewing it.

I’ve never seen an NIV edition of this Bible but I think it’s a shame when people jack up the prices just because it’s either out of print or sold out. I did overpay for an NIV Thompson Chain Reference Bible before though but it was also a rebind as well. The Hebrew Greek Key Word Study Bibles are good Bibles though. They’re really neat and unique. The only ones I have that I’ve reviewed are the CSB and the newest KJV edition in goatskin. I’m not sure if the others have any darker print or not.
