- In this video I am giving my best tips on how to pack for study abroad. I titled it very dramatically as the "ultimate packing guide for study abroad"! I moved to Scotland this past week and I have been having a blast!
I packed for my trip using the basic structure of a capsule wardrobe. I only pulled things that were in a similar neutral color palette and limited the number of items I could fit into my suitcase. I also go over the necessary winter time essential and miscellaneous must have items.
I go over what type of luggage to pack and also the type of shoes to bring.

This is the best video I have seen! Thank you so much! I am planning on moving there and although it's a ways a way I am starting the decluttering process now. Did you find that summers you could get away with more dresses/skirts? I don't own a lot of pants and I tend to wear a lot of midi skirts and dresses now... but also I do realize it rains more there than where I am from. Also, I am from the south, so we constantly see temps 100F+. Should I look at investing in more pant options?? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!

okay but HOW did you fit all of that in one suitcase and a bag??? especially shoes they take so much space
HAH maybe I’ll include that in part two 😂 there was lots of rolling things up
Oh also I carried all of my shoes in my backpack on the plane. It was very heavy but it all got there in one place 🥲
