I have had your lawn care service for a couple yrs now and still have a few problems. It would be great if you could come out to diagnose and get your guys to get things under control.
I do not. I did not include pre emergent because it's best to apply granular for homeowners. Also I do not recommend it in the spring because it's almost too good of a pre emergent and will stop runners. I like it as a late summer to fall pre emergent.
Good fungicides are expensive. I recommend it when you see signs of it. But if you have an area in the lawn that is prone to fungus, especially when it gets rainy. That would be good to apply as a preventative in that area when you normally see it.
