2 eggs, beaten
2 cups Japanese Shirakiku Panko flakes
6 cups vegetable oil
Dipping sauce:
5 Tbsp Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Sriracha, Huy Fong
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
Garnish:
1 cup iceberg lettuce
1/2 tomato, slices
