I want to start by saying "Thank You For This Video." It is really good that topics like this are finally being spoken about as there are a LOT of Guys & Girls that don't get taught these sort of things which is a shame as I feel conversations like this are important & I believe should be taught in schools when learning human biology or sex education as not everyone can have these sort of conversations at home.
You didn't mention inserting an open bottle, neck 1st, without a lid on as it can cause a really strong sucksion when pulling it out that can cause A LOT of damage....
I did not know that Vasseline (petroleum jelly) or Coconut Oil were a no no....
I have not used either of these though they are both things I would have considered using in the future if the occasion needed some assistance....
Does it apply to most oils or just Coconut pacifically?
I must admit though.... I have been guilty of doucing in the past.... Even though I had always tried to be carefull when doing so.... It was very clear & obvious at the time that if I wasn't carefull, it could be disastrous though I wasn't thinking about the bacteria on the shower head, more so the pressure of the water as you can feel yourself fill & stretch with water pretty quickly....

I would think shoving a bottle up inside your Vjay as a poor man's substitute for a penis would be quite insane. This is a common torture in African & European countries but they then hit the base of the bottle, making it crack on the inside thus mutilating the Vjay

Thanks for mentioning douches. I'm 62, post menopausal, but I've only tried it once in college and it didn't sit well with me. Never did it again. My mother and every doctor I had always said don't douche because you'll wash away the good bacteria. I'm not necessarily a conspiracy theorist, but, looking at the so called "feminine hygiene" aisle, there seems to be a connection between these hygiene products and products to help with vaginal irritation. Just saying.
sounds like common sense but so many people are uneducated when it comes to sex and body parts... I am a retired nurse and this is good. Keep doing what you do!
That's interesting, because my wife was having issues with thrush infections and her gynaecologist recommended using natural unsweetened yoghurt, the type that contains a lot of lactobacillus you help increase the acidity and make things inhospitable for thrush. Her mother used to use diluted vinegar in a douche for the same reason.
That unsweetened yoghurt your doctor recommended is very good for the VJ, it is the greek yoghurt. Greek yoghurt contains probiotics

Good lesson- the ph level you mentioned should not be a point estimate(4.5), it should be an internal estimate which is 3.8- 4.5, kindly take note of that so that lay man will here wouldnt be disturbed if their p.h is like 4.1.

I had a neighbor who worked in an emergency room and they had a girl come in with a raw potato she skinned and put up there because someone told her it would get rid of Yest infections. My sister-in-law was having bad cramps so my brother told her to go lay down. As she was laying there she realized the last time she changed her tampon, she did not remember taking the old one out. She went to the bathroom and pulled two tampons out. She felt much better and went and told my brother. He looked at her and knowing how forgetful she is, he asked her to make sure she only had one tampon in her. Sure enough she pulled out the new tampon and found a third one pushed way up in there.

As a man, when I was in my 20s, I used petroleum jelly for lube. But older I use EV olive oil if needed. I never liked the water based stuff.

They also have, every new year, segment of what Emergency Room doctors have found lodged in people's various openings.
I am very happy that she didn't bring up items like cellphone, or loaded gun, or other dangerous items.
It is hard to believe that some people are so ignorant about sex, and bodily functions in this day, and age. Women are especially messed up, and uptight about it. Its almost like they don't want to know more.

Another thing to never put in the vagina : Soap. Soaps tend to be alcaline or basic. They can easily bring the Ph of the vagina to 8 or maybe even more and they can destroy the normal vaginal flora. Also, the soap can, all by itself, cause some irritation.

Yes, but only at the quarter car wash. They have a special here, $5 for 20 minutes. Waxing is free. Just set the selector switch. The foam brush is also handy. Put her in the back of the pickup truck with your dirt bike. That way you can blast the mud off the engine first and get the most out of your money. Don't go to the car wash on Sunday afternoon. The water is always cold because its a busy day and she won't be happy.

Hello, Douching generally is not encouraged

The idea with using a diluted vinegar for douching is that it won’t throw off the vagina’s natural pH balance, which would kill off the beneficial bacteria that helps to keep the vagina’s environment free of harmful bacteria.
However, the acidity of whatever one douches with is not the problem. Douching, regardless of how well it is balanced to a vagina’s pH level, flushes out a good number of those beneficial bacteria, which can allow more harmful bacteria to flourish.

Worst thing I ever put in/on my vagina was Baileys. Yes, the sweet alcoholic drink, because my partner at the time wanted to lick it off. It stung like hell and I quickly washed it off afterwards, which instantly solved the issue. Otherwise I've also had unpleasant reactions from latex condoms, citric acid, mints, etc that were in vaginal medications and cooling lubes, but that's apparently just me being sensitive to those particular ingredients.
Actually I think the list of things you CAN put into the vagina would be easier to make as most things really shouldn't be in there. At this point the only things I put in there are lubricants intended for sexual intercourse, clean fingers, clean penises, clean sex toys that don't contain any toxic materials, non-latex condoms, and medicine meant to go into that area like estrogen creams/pills. But that's it. On the outside/vulva I additionally put water, mild/non-perfume soap and the occastional non-perfumed baby wipes. That seems to be keeping the area fresh and healthy.

Now I'm trying to accept myself as a female. That's why I watch videos like this, to challenge my dysphoria and think more positively about my body. Reminds me of a woman who came to the ER with a complaint of a potato in her vagina. She explained that her mother told her she wouldn't get pregnant if she kept a potato there.
