What was the initial issue that made the diagnosis the actuator? My mother's 2004 Camry is blowing, but only cold. My thoughts was it could be the actuator.

The actuator has four screw holes. Which hole does that hard-to-get-to screw use?

Most have heat problem. I hear mine clicking continuously at coolest temp. Sounds like actuator internal problem.

Think it was from toyota. This part is hard to find aftermarket.

Depends on what side is mot changing temperature.
What's the part number
Better videos online of doing this. No need to take door runner cover off or the kick plate. Just glove box and use 90 degree Phillips screw driver.
Glove box was removed for ease of access and to be able to see what you are doing.
How did u know which side it was
This one only had one. It wasn't dual climate
You can easily hear it clicking so you can tell where it's rough location is.
