Thank you for being very honest about your condition. It helps me and probably a lot of other people very much to hear somebody else's story. Best regards.
I'm exactly lthe same as you!! Only thing that keeps me negative feeling about it all is because my hobbies are quite physical and involve running 🤦🏼♀️ but I do love the gym!!! Had to give it up completely for 8months after I'd worked so hard to get in shape. Now I'm starting from scratch getting motivation back is hard, also because I know an hour of weights really works on the brain and I have to kinda rest the remainder of the day. So sorting my schedule around it is difficult. But I truel appreciate your full honesty x
Helpful. Thank you. I have been having increasing symptoms and have gained weight. I am afraid of going on walks and have decreased my physical regime markedly. Comforting to hear the effects it has had on you as well. Continued progress to you.
Hey Amy, I too do usually machines at the gym and I have no intention to try to run 😐I ve tried some classes, but some have some time on the floor doing abs or other stuff, this is a no for me as I get dizzy ; I actually find everything boring and sad as I can’t do zumba anymore 😢 but I found a cool ap with workouts I do at home and I really enjoy it .I don’t think it’s your puppy the trigger for your bad weeks, maybe you got stressed with work and you haven’t been too strict on your diet lately, I hope you will feel better soon ✌️stay strong 🤗🤗🤗
Anonymus x hey thanks so much for the kind words and so happy you’ve found stuff you enjoy fitness wise :) I def think walking outside is what’s triggered me as it’s something I’ve avoided for a long time but who knows with mav :/ hopefully it settles soon and il def be more strict with food 😬😊
I got a dog 🐶 that has been a trigger for me but I think 🤔 it’s due to head movement , I get it in summer time but I did do vistibular exercises & it cured me
Just wondering, why do you think eggs are a trigger? I eat an egg every morning :( Cutting caffeine helped me a lot initially, acupuncturist recommended it, I slipped back to drinking it recently and now I've ringing in my ears and off balance again
Hi gorgeous!🥰 I know you said if we want to ask you anything do it on insta, but I don’t have instagram:( so my question is: do you still take any meds? What did you take?😘 (im only 5mins in your video)
@Amy Shockett , is it really months when you can actually feel any relief with your symptoms with the meds? I just got a pill and terrifed even to try it... can’t even think about taking it for more than 2weeks... 😥 i know it takes time till they start to work but by now I am so scared of anything... especially a nasty side effect. (Also my main and most annoying symptom is the rocking dizziness. Especially when I’m in the bed. I want it to go away so bad)

Great video Amy. Hope you keep getting better.
Great to see you back on YT x
Exercise during all this is the only thing keeping me from doing something crazy.
Sounds like me the last 6 years in and off...the spaced out bit is like the Mr. Soft ad on telly for me
