Looks clean man! Glad you were able to make the modifications needed to install it. That's what modifying a car's all about. Making it work. Looking forward to seeing the exhaust video! 👍🏼
Am I the only one who misses the old diffuser?🫠🥹🥴 It was subtle enough that it was clean and simple, but highkey FIRE 🔥😅 Always going to support you Chris 💯#lovefromAustralia🇦🇺
Verus and APR performance are the two best companies in my opinion that sell aero parts that actually aims for performance and provides data to show proof on how they work🤙🏼 APR, Verus, or Voltex wing next?🧐
Nice! You should check out Rally Innovations side skirts and rear spats. They are made in the same material as the Verus diffuser and they are well made. They will complete the look with the Verus diffuser IMO.
So now you have a truly engineered comb style functional diffuser. Verus Engineering knows how to engineer and manufacture quality performance parts. Looks just fine 👍 without their side spats as well. Titanium hardware will be a definite nice 😊 touch. Custom titanium tips on the strakes would also look 👀 awesome 😎! Have you considered getting the rear suspension covers with the LCA cut outs 🤔? In for a penny in for a pound. My only issue with the style is that the strakes do not align with the OEM miniature plastic ones. I am into alignment, lol 😆. Intuitively there should be no impact on performance. Enjoy 😊
@@Autofreakgarage Rally Sport Direct did an install video of the "full meal deal", diffuser and covers several years back. If you haven't checked it out I suggest you do. There were a few manageable surprises with the connectors upstream of the rear suspension but surprises all the same as I recall. They could very well have been addressed by Verus.
Damn, your car is clean man! Can I get the wheels and tire specs, love the fitment and everything else about the car. Just got my VA and about to start modding it and I love the way yours looks
Idk if its me but it looks like yours has a different texture than my old one and also they removed the sway bar mounts and changed it to an add on which is awesome. Glad you liked it haha good thing you went with the ets because the tomei wouldnt fit at all. But looks good over all. I had the aggressive one!
Your car looks so good man! I do have one question. What brand are those carbon fiber exhaust finishers? I thought Subaru made an oem one but I guess they don’t. Either way they look really good and wanna get a set for my sti.
@AudioHead809 no they pop right on. No cutting or trimming needed. I have the video install on them here ua-cam.com/video/OUbmtAmbJHA/v-deo.htmlsi=cdui_T6vv3OuyvpM

@@Autofreakgarage I checked but unfortunately it’s not listed there. I’m thinking it might since nameless and remark are sort of similar in term of style. This diffuser looks really good so I’m hoping it fits.
I think any aftermarket bumper option looks even worse. Everything is too over the top and trying too hard. The stock bumper design is nice. Just needs some tweaks to make it better.
Looks better in person. But form follows function.. it definitely makes a difference in how the car handles. Especially when paired with their front splitter and rods that mount straight to the crash bar.
You sir need to get yourself a quick jack.. Worth every penny.
My problem with watching this is that I now want to spend money on something I didn’t know I wanted.. 😅
Looks beefy man! Love how it fills out the back end of the car. Nice addition!
Bravo! That's some awesome installation of a properly engineered part!
Very nice choice, getting one in the future for my 2019 STI

Couldn’t do the voltex wing. That thing is massive haha.
Been wanting to see this install! Love the progress on your Subie, looks better and better each video man.
looks super good! i think the blend of the carbon is just enough for the rear. still carbon all around.
Surprised you didn’t go with this one in the first place. But thank you for this vid.
Looks good and nice fitment 👍
Thanks man you just hooked me up with all mounting locations and placement to make building mine so much more better experience ya know😉
Looks awesome. Great video btw!!
Much better buddy! What song was that at the end of video. Please and thank you

Yes I’m looking at their rear suspension cover kit as well. Wanted to try the diffuser first and see the fit and look before I jumped on them.

They have the tomei installed on the instructions pdf, but you can see they had to cut the diffuser to fit it.
@@Autofreakgarage yeah i would have had to cut it but i sold it instead
Did you use everything every piece the diffuser came with?
Few screws and washers not used but for the most part it’s mostly all used.
Looks soo good….
What are the carbon spats you have?
ua-cam.com/video/nLHslnYlXE0/v-deo.html
Did you install suspension covers?
I did not
Looks so good! 😍 how many hours did it end up taking you for the whole install?!
With filming about 3.5.
Where’s the link for the diffuser?. I want to purchase that diffuser.

Do you think it’ll fit with a tomei?🥶
It won’t. You will have to cut a section out for it to fit with the tomei.
Where did you order your wheels from?
ua-cam.com/video/6KRb1X3pPB0/v-deo.html
Hey are the centre fins removable?
They are not. They are riveted to the diffuser. You could drill them out if you really wanted to.
looks amazing man! such a clean subie. I have a 2013 WRX STi, would it be safe to get a bov?
ua-cam.com/video/oDa28iwZoJo/v-deo.html
If Verus had a carbon fiber diffuser would you swap it out ?
I would try it for sure.
Made the tips look smaller time for another exhaust
Does anyone know if this would fit with a Remark Catback exhaust?
If you scroll down on the link below, it shows the exhausts with confirmed fitment

@@Autofreakgarage yeah I guess so. Your car is insane. Truly inspiring.
damm i really wanted this Verus non aggressive diffuser but its like $1700 to get it shipped to Australia 😅
I noticed you’re missing titanium hardware on your spats lol
Haha lots of untapped potential
Why not go for an aftermarket bumper? The double stacked diffuser looks terrible in my opinion.
I think any aftermarket bumper option looks even worse. Everything is too over the top and trying too hard. The stock bumper design is nice. Just needs some tweaks to make it better.
@@Autofreakgarage does it bother you that the blades don’t line up between the 2 different diffusers?
My previous diffuser was the same way and had more fins than the bumper. Never bothered me.

Are those the subispeed or liberal taillights?
