Have these on my Subie. Beatrush make a good quality product. You may want to consider more of their offerings. This STI and WRX are about power and drive ability. Anything that minimizes driveline loses and puts more of the available grunt to the wheels 🛞 is very appropriate. 👍
@2015 WRXMAN I’m starting with the pitch stop mount and differential bushing to try and minimize the drivetrain losses. What other parts should be looked at for this ?
@@aaronh.917 Whiteline transmission bushings, Perrin transmission mount, STI Type N engine mounts. With these combined with the differential bushings the combined impact is very significant. Good luck.
@@WRXMAN-ms2mm thanks so much! Do upgrades things like sway bars, end links, braces, etc more fall into the handling/steering realm. I’m trying to learn and understand. I recently had my car pro tuned to 340 whp (coming from bone stock), so I’m more looking for drivetrain improvements, and I’m not as interested in steering improvements at the moment (though these may come down the road). It’s my daily street car
@@aaronh.917 Your welcome. My IG account same handle shows these upgrades among others. There are a host of other rear suspension upgrades that plant the car better above and beyond the routine sway bars and end links that many do and then stop.
Just wanted to stop on by really quick to say thank you so much for making this video and this review on this bushings, I just install mine today after work drove home, night and day difference. These literally make it feel like a different powertrain.
Ran into the same issue with having to jack up the diff to get the bolt to line back up. I was doing the diff carrier at the same time so was prepped for it - but still a pain. Great video as always!
That is the support brace. Had to remove it to install the verus diffuser. The bolt wasn’t coming loose so I just broke it off. Never got around to removing the bolt to take it off.
@@Autofreakgarage yup and since you have the car in the garage most of the time you can just leave them positioned and then lift it as you go. It has 2 different heights. But awesome video might have to get me some too.
You had the superpro sway bar brackets installed, I can see one is broken off. I have a set of superpro brackets that I was going to install but after see a broken one in your video, I have to ask. Why is your superpro bracket broken and should I just avoid installing the part?
Removed them not due to them breaking but the bolt was stripped a bit when I was removing them to install the versus diffuser. Instead of removing the bolt, I just bent off the bracket and removed later on when I had more time.
These just came in, pumped to throw them on. I wanted to ask, I know some recommend a performance, water-proof silicone based grease. Did you end up using any post install?
Got em in. I didnt have to use wheel ramps as I shimmied under there, but I did have to use the jack to hold the diff up. I was also able to get a torque wrench in there but I had to use the might of the Hulk with the limited space. 😂 Cant wait to go for a spin.
@@Autofreakgarage interesting. I can see why this is such a big upgrade if there is no bushing there to begin with. I just bought a pair of the beatrush bushings, so I’ll be installing soon!
I’ve ran diff inserts on my 20 wrx and 20 sti and wow they really make drivability better crazy what a small mod can do!

Hey I was just curious if it makes that much of a noticeable difference. I’ve been interested in these and am wondering if they are worth it.

@@cumandertoad1509 ^^ night and day difference after rear diff bushings.
This makes such a positive change to the driving experience! Would highly recommend for the price 👍🏼
I have the Beatrush strut bar, super beefy. waited forever for it. Totally worth it though
Nice work as always. Drivetrain mods are my favorite. I opted for the Cusco mount collars when doing mine.

Why is the part where you connect the lower control arms all cut up? Is it like that from factory, or did you have to cut to put AM LCA?

I know you mentioned it but you should definitely get some quick. Since you a home diy dude really will save you alot of time! 100% recommend them
For sure. I’ve been meaning to get some forever. It would help a lot with installs as well as detailing.

this kit looks better than the perrin one i installed.
I went to install the bushings & it had a weird one piece plate with what looked to be a weight on the driver's side. (20' wrx)
I'm convinced I need these bushing. Were did you get yours? Need them for my wrx
There’s a link for them in the description.

@@Autofreakgarage Got it, the supplied hardware is why I'm hesitant to install them. The threads always strip on the cheap 10.9 bolts. Cheers
Was there any reason you went with the Beatrush bushings over any other brand?
No specific reason other than I’ve heard great things about them.
These just came in, pumped to throw them on. I wanted to ask, I know some recommend a performance, water-proof silicone based grease. Did you end up using any post install?
None needed. Just went straight in no problem. That’s the beauty of the 2 piece design.
Awesome, ty

what happened to your LCA support brackets?? they break off?
Removed when I installed the verus engineering diffuser. The one side bolt was stuck on and just bent it off. It has since been removed.
Might grab these bushings!! What degree camber are you running in the rear?
-4.3
@@Autofreakgarage your ride height is nice! I’m at -3 all around and still rub on decent bumps. Gonna hit p&l up for a new alignment after winter
Good company. I had almost their entire catalog on my 04 😂
Was there a stock bushing that you have to pull out? I didn’t see this step. Or is there no bushing in there to begin with?
Nothing to remove but the bolt.

Haha been on my list for years.

What are the power mods? MAF or SD?
