easy quick lunch for one: Black Pepper Beef Udon Noodles

- A recipe for one of my favourite quick and easy but ultra flavourful dishes, Black Pepper Beef Udon. Beef and (lots of) black pepper is just a magical combination. Also how to make ANY beef cut super tenderrrrr aka this can be a cheap meal too.

Ingredients:
- 200grams or single serve packet of Fresh Udon
- 100grams of Beef
- 1 tablespoon of Soya Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda
- Magic Sauce
- 1tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tsps Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 2 teaspoons of Cornstarch + water mix
- Half an Onion
- Half a Capsicum
- Some leafy greens

Very delicious I would add more noodles less sauces not too watery because we do not want triple diabetes do we am I right people I guess overall it is a matter of preference
How much water do you add with your cornflower mix
2-3 tbsps, just enough to get it into a watery liquid

I think it was a little too watery and salty. But nonetheless, it looks yummy!
no salt was ever added, but if you still think it's too salty, low sodium soy sauce, and more corn starch if you think it's too watery...
Can you use egg noodle?
of course :) but egg noodles are thinner and more "absorbent" than udon noodles, so a warning that each bite is going to be extra peppery.
