Well he did one really heavy topset and maybe 2 around it so including warm up it might be like 5 per exercise and 3-4 exercises for something like chest
they're called pyramid sets. He did 1 top set going all out, but his "warm up" sets are still heavy, like 60%, 70%, 80% of his max. His warmups weren't piss light just to rush some blood to the muscle, it took effort.

Not true. Leo Costa invented the concept - muscle rounds. Then there's also x-reps which were the thing at that time too.
15 to 20 sets.....that's why I'm not a competitive bodybuilder! Five or six sets is the most I can even THINK of doing, usually.
