I got to meet Jay when he was at the 2002 Louisiana Championship as a guest poser coming fresh off his 1st Arnold Classic win. I took 3rd as a light heavyweight that show. He was super cool and so encouraging. Been a HUGE fan ever since. The Jay and Ronnie Olympia battles were the best.
Could you imagine the gains and quality workouts you would get from having Hany as your trainer? A great example is Buendia, having that motivator right next to you, flexing/squeezing btwn sets.. Look at the progress Jeremy made when Hany stepped in. He looked insane a couple years back. Jesus I wish I had someone like him to push me. Love these videos!!
i cant, thats only for enhanced motherfuckers.. 1/4 range of motion, endless pumping bullshit stuff... no heavy deadlifts or pullups or heavy squats, nothing... i rather pass
@@Chrontard what you think they've never done heavy squats or deadlifts.thats beginners shit.once you've built your base from squats.you don't need em anymore especially for longevity.enhanced or not.even deadlifts ,more strenghth.i get a better pump from back extentions

I love how after the first set of 12 reps on triceap push downs Jay acts like he just crosses the finish line in under 8 hours at the Ironman triathalon in Hawaii. Still enjoyed the video.
Hate it when you don't realise someone has left the deadlifting bar on the bench and you don't realise until you feel it digging into your palms. I always check now but this has happened to me many times in the past

How does this fst-7 work? I train high volume to failure over many sets so what does this accomplish that I haven't already done? I pyramid down in weight until I fail whats the difference.......??
Generally speaking, this type of training is too traumatic on the larger muscle groups to use more than once a week. Due to the sheer volume of muscle cells, soreness tends to linger too long to allow for more frequent workouts.

Pyramiding down is the exact opposite of what you want to do with my System. The weight is kept the same. These are not drop sets.
