    THIS IS THE TRUTH. Jay is the nicest guy. I see him at the gym in Vegas alllll the time. He always talks to his fans and answers questions. He will remember your name and ask how your family is. He really is a good hearted man

      My dad is a big bodybuilding fan. We took a trip to Vegas one time and my dad suggested we go to this restaurant that Jay Cutler had recommended is a documentary that he saw. We went to the restaurant and crazy enough, Jay Cutler was actually eating there. My dad went up and quickly said hi to him and Jay was cool about it. He was telling my family to check out Jay’s legs. 😂

    Its true about him meeting people. I saw him on Southwest Airlines flight to Vegas. All I said was "you are Jay Cutler" and he took the time to move his bags around to shake my hand and held up boarding in the process. I wasn't really expecting him to do that, but small things like that is what separates a normal professional athlete/entertainer to a true leader.

    Jay Cutler is inspiring even if your not into BB. His discipline, focus, drive, dedication, belief in self, and becoming what he wants to become no matter what people criticize and say about his elite rare physique. He's a sharp dude, he knows the game, he built a millionaire empire from a sport that's highly difficult to become successful in. He's a stud, I admire him!

In terms of motivation, he may not have Arnold’s charisma, but he does a damn good job of getting you to build your focus and purpose in the gym. He’s also one of the best bodybuilders of all time because he dethroned Ronnie and won his title back after losing it to a stacked line up. Great man, keep it going Jay.

There is nothing wrong with being proud of where you are and how far you have come along that journey. There is nothing wrong with being proud about your achievements. The problem comes when you become an asshole about it, and yet Jay still displays respect for other fans that come to him in the gym and the respect for the sport and what is required to make it big. He is real about it all.

      @Jez3134 9 років тому

      caleb TAYLOR exactly right, you look for those two values on your blood work. If they're out you feel like death and have terrible side effects.

    • @calebtaylor7811
      @calebtaylor7811 9 років тому

      No haha I wouldn't go that far as to say you have terrible side effects and feel like death. You just get some acne and water retention... maybe elevated BP and your mood just isn't yourself. And thats about it. Problem is most guys, including myself when I started out, don't have access to quality pharmaceuticals. If they did and had proper education, which they can do themselves but are too lazy to do, then they would not see side effects, except for growth and overall health and well being. And thats why the pro's are happy, rich, and successful. They got the science down right with diet, training, and pharmaceuticals.

    Funny how the guy says, "Everyone wants to be like Jay, not like Mike." Yet a few seconds later you see Jay wearing a Jordan shirt. Haha. Everyone will always want to be like Mike.

    Like his attitude towards body building, weightlifting, and to life itself. We he said "it's enough for me." I thought to myself that, that's all that matters in life... what's enough for you and what you're trying to achieve.

    I don't really like how most IFBB pro bodybuilders look but I personally think jay isn't totally over the top... Phil Heath and Ronnie coleman were over the top.

    • @TitusKingdom
      @TitusKingdom 8 років тому +1

      Ronnie at least was strong you could tell he was strong he could have been a powerlifter and been one of the best if he wanted. Phil literally squats 315 and struggles. you can tell his physique he isn't strong at all. very unporpotioned just a bunch of mass

    I have been trying Jay's quad stomp since months, although couldn't reach his 1% but that quads stomp is so epic that I can't stop attempting.
