have you tested the freewing 64mm f22? currently trying to decide between the two, and struggling because of the lack of info on the xfly.

Unfortunately I have not flown the Freewing F22 to be able to compare the two

I have looked into both of them and I decided on this one because it seems to have a lot longer flight time than the freewing without taking away any menuverability

I have both and can honestly say the freewing is better especially if you intend to hand launch. The freewing has much more power on takeoff. Once they are both up to speed in air, they are much the same. I do like them both, but the xfly needs to be thrown with a lot of force to get airborne. Andy in uk.

Good to know. Thanks for the info Andy. I have not tried hand launching but will keep your advice in mind. I do enjoy the presence in the air and how well the f22 glides with no power into a landing. I am currently assembling its bigger brother the AF model F22 Raptor that will be powered by a SW80 turbine. Stay tuned for the assembly series and flight footage. Thanks for watching! 😀
