But Ive grown up since then and was so happy that more players get to play now.
I loved seeing people being legitimately (and illegitimately... considering the deal you can get in the dark valley 😈) giving tips to console players on the subreddit.
I just hope Stalker 2 is good on PC, as PC centric games going to consoles and losing all their uniqueness in the 2000s sure hurt and I don't even have anything against consoles considering I still keep a PS3,PS4 and Nintendo Switch around.
@firzokkhan6443 I have similar concerns but CGRs recent vid has given me hope if some more causal gaming content creators are confused by it.
Its good to gatekeep certain things. Console players are the lowest common denominator in many cases.
@@JannyBesmircherHonestly it's a shame this great trilogy came to consoles, it should have stayed PC only. Consoles don't deserve this experience. Just my opinion though.
@@murkoffcorp4214literally why, it affects you in 0 way? Child mindset, someone's got a toy that you want to play with. Just my opinion though
Russia evil Russia bad and all but I wanted the original game in its entirety but I have larger issues with the FOV I think console players should also be suffering
Also I mainly want the original game language because it’s easier to remember 💀
The original game shipped in English and other localizations to non-CIS markets so that remains unchanged.
I believe Onyx here makes an intriguing point. It feels kinda concerning that the Russian language in this videogame was outright removed and some ingame locations and even NPCs had their names changed/respelled, "derussification" or not.
@@cantgameright the words on signs and stuff around the world was in Russian.
It would be like DayZ randomly changing their text to another language it’s just something wrong
@@Phantom-cl7ey exactly its continuity and familiarity that’s an issue it’s like If DayZ changed languages
@@SteelOnyxYT I'm not sure that that the old soviet era signs have changed. We've seen that Yaniv Station's entrance still says "yanov"
Keep in mind though that any signs since 1991 would be lore correct in Ukrainian. This is not a post apocalyptic game.
