  • Moringa Review: I have in this video a detailed review of moringa. Moringa is sweeping the internet like wild fire.
As Moringa gains popularity, one has to wonder whether it is worth the hype. So I tested moringa powder and moringa tea for 7 days to see the effect on my body and my organ functions.
In this video, I am reviewing the Moringa tea as well as the Moringa powder. In this moringa review, I answer questions such as; does moringa affect your mood, does moringa affect energy levels, does moringa affect appetite, does moringa contain caffeine, does moringa affect sleep, does moringa reduce blood pressure, does moringa have any side effects etc and lots more.
Watch the video and become enlightened about moringa product. Should you use moringa? I give you my overall score on the product. Enjoy the video!

I think the moringa tea worked best for you. What do you think about the Keto diet? Can you try it for us and let us see your results?

@@lordyb9514 Thanks for asking. To show that a diet works will take weeks and months but that's a challenge I can take on. Not a problem. However, as far as keto diet is concerned, I have been there. Done that. Got the T-Shirt. Not something I want to go back to. I can tell you that it works as far as weight loss is concerned and it's also good for blood sugar i.e type 2 diabetes.
But I abandoned it because I do not want to spend the rest of my life eating fatty foods. Lots of red meat, lots of dairy, and lots of eggs and butter. I believe that plants have more healing powers than animal products. I still eat meat, eggs and use dairy but only minimal amounts. I love my carbs and so long as you know the right carbs to eat, you should be fine. I want my diet to be plant-dominated NOT animal product-dominated. I treasure my heart a lot...

Just saw this channel today morning...I think Dr Joe it's the ginger that makes you hungry..I drink moringa powder that I get from my sis-in laws plant and I drie them in my kitchen for 10 days then make into powder with my coffee grinder...sometimes I also add a very small amount of ginger to balance the taste..now I finished it and I'm drinking mint leaves as a substitute while waiting for the next batch to get drie..After 2 weeks I observed myself that those tingling, pinning on my feet and fingers the numbness and burning sensations on my shoulders down to my arms and fingers are gone.Because of this progress I decided to stop taking my Magnesium, Calcium and Vit C for almost a month now...new subbie from Dubai UAE😀

YES Dr. I approve this video! I used the Moringa drops. I took the drops with cbd and black seed oil on a empty stomach with circulation vitamins and I made a smoothie with Irish Sea moss from Jamaica every day for 7 days as well. I was diagnosed with osteonecrosis which is death to bone for lack of blood flow and circulation. I literally could not walk a year ago. Doctors wanted to replace both of my hips, but I refused and walked away and said I will heal myself. The doctors told me to sit down, stay off it and use the wheelchair. I did exactly the opposite. I prayed, trusted GOD and kept moving. I did not stop. Even in terrible pain, limping everywhere. I started to eat better, take long long (3hr) epsom salt baths daily for months and started my daily vitamins and supplements. Now I’m on herbs and supplement. It a beautiful thing. I healed myself! I’ve been waking better than ever. I’m so grateful. I do believe the Moringa had a lot to do with the healing process. As much as I took everything I could feel my hip and leg not repairing but every since the moringa I could feel my bones and joints coming together and the pain leaving. Oh Moringa! What a BEAUTIFUL HEALING PLANT 🌱 YOU ARE🥰🥰🥰🥰🥳

@@annetteopondo2124 Annette, normal blood pressure is a range and guidelines of what is normal do vary from country to country. But generally speaking, you should aim to bring your blood pressure to 120/80 and below. There are arguments against that target reading not taking age and maybe race into consideration but that's the ballpark figure you should aim for. The point being you have less BP complications if you have readings consistently below that. It's tough to achieve but it's not a bad idea to aim for that

All my coworkers started trying it too, good comments from almost all. One reported not liking the 'green taste'. It does have a lot of chlorophyll flavor, but that's a good thing. Very Nice video, Dr Joe.
In my experiance, I have been dealing for decades with multiple healthissues like extreme fatigue , migraines, weightgain, high bloodpressure, jointpains, sour muscles, very long painfull and bloody periodes, a severe burn-out, etc... You got it, I was a mess. I clearly have chronical inflamatory healthissues. I went to my doctor ( wonderfull man, btw) and specialists numberous times but except being prescribed pils for my bloodpressure and anti-depressants and advise to get a gastric bypass as I became morbidly obese in despite of numberous diets and my complaints where considered “vague” so the doctors concluded my problems where “all in my head”. It’s so frustrating ans humiliating not been taken serious, even been called a liar or hypocondriac while meticiously following cures and diets .
Finding Moringa after years of stubborn research I finaly found Moringa and taking it since 3 months has effectively changed my life! My high bloodpressure was gone after 2 weeks, my period is normalised and almost painfree, no sour muscles, my joints aren’t bloated and painfull anymore, my migraines are less frequent, I lost some weight and although I have a stressfull life I feel great!!! The wonderfull thing about Moringa, except being highly anti-inflammatory and having almost all nutrients the body needs, is that it balances the hormones, it balances everything.
So Yes, I strongly advise using Moringa to almost everybody actually! But... not 7 days. I didn’t feel the difference the first 2 weeks. It takes a lot of patience and determination to take it daily during weeks before beginning to feel the difference.
Moringa-powder can be a bit harsh on the stomac though, adding ginger, also a great medicinal and complementary plant, solves that problem for me.
Btw, I’m not against “classical” medecine. When you’re ill, you better go to the doctor! But I think you can combine classical and natural remedies to obtain better results and it takes more open mindedness.

Very nice to hear, Magali. Really nice. I'm even happier that Moringa is slowly helping you get your life back on track. The day 2 hunger could be attributed to the honey - it may have spiked your blood sugar! Also regular oat milk has a lot of carbs (more than regular milk) with a naturally occurring sugar maltrose which is higher GI than glucose itself (literally off the chart!) I would use no sugars almond milk instead (0 carbs) and add some fibre and healthy fats to keep glucose levels stable.

I know this was done months ago. But I just came across it. Moringa works but it is also a very powerful herb. I remember using one teaspoon of the powder and it made my head spin. I take no more than 2 of the seeds a day or every other day. When I use the powder for tea. I use half a teaspoon. It effects different people in different ways. One size doesn’t fit all. And when you spoke on how calm you felt I think you took too much at one sitting( no disrespect meant). I am from Jamaica where it also grows. And I was always told you don’t need a lot. It might be different when you cook with it. But i think for your cereal you only need a teaspoon of it if that much. Just an observation. You might want to tell your followers to go slow until they figure out what dosage works for them. Again no disrespect meant. I just remembered how it worked on my system.

G B, thank you for your contribution but most people will judge for themselves if they are adversely affected by a spoonful. Moringa is a simple vegetable. It doesn't contain any psychoactive substance as far as we know, so I'm not sure why it would make your head spin. Maybe you were having a borderline low blood sugar level at the time before you consumed it because it can affect your blood sugar levels. I still take 1 tablespoonful at a time. Sometimes even more and I have never experienced such symptoms. Moringa is very much UNLIKE hemp. But thanks for your contribution all the same

I know this has been two years ago but I started using moringa 3 months ago. I buy it fresh, dry it in my airfryer then blend it to powder. I take up to 3 tsp a day. I have seen dramatic changes in my BP. I have also noticed something concerning though... My resting heart rate will some times drop into the upper 50's. I do not take beta blockers. Besides aspirin, 1.25mg of Amlodipine are the only daily meds I take. Also 5mg atovastatin every other day. I had an ischemic stroke three years ago from a blocked carotid artery. I had surgery to clean it and started working on getting healthy. I'm now 50lbs lighter, with a normal BMI. My last A1c was 5.4 and cholesterol numbers are finally in the good range. Should I continue with the moringa? Is that the issue with my lowered resting heart rate now? Thanks for any advice.

I've just started taking moringa for a little over a week now. I'm building up slowly so I'm on a quarter teaspoon tomorrow I'll start a half of a teaspoon. I'm diabetic type 2 and I was always in the 200's now I'm mostly in the 150-177. And that's with eating carbs. I've also been eating broccoli and cauliflower before my meals and that seems to bring my number down as well. And when I eat brown rice I do freeze it first. And the energy I get is more than I've had in a long time. So I definitely will be adding this to my diet every day from now on. I just mix my moringa powder and a small container and drink while I'm eating my meal. I only eat carbs one meal a day and if I'm hungry again I might eat some scrambled eggs. Otherwise I just eat the one meal. Hoping to get down to 90 one day. And I do try to walk some everyday. The taste of the moringa is good too. I like it.

I appreciate the video, This is useful information. I always knew it would help B/P. Unfortunately I have a huge moringa tree but I planted it too close to the house. I'm hoping to start another tree. It was a gigantic tree by the house. I literally chopped it down a couple years ago and it grew back. I usually wait for spring and get the leaves and make fresh moringa powder and mail it to a family member. I also have tons of seeds that I use every now and then and share them with others. But now I'm going to pay attention to the powder and use it for myself more, as well. Unfortunately a lot of times I have to get rid of the seeds. We've been getting a lot of rain and the pods get moldy on the outside after they dry, like peanuts do sometimes. I'm not comfortable eating the seeds sometimes even though it hasn't affected the insides, but I don't know that so I discard them. I do use the powder sometimes in smoothies. I appreciate the doctor giving a day-to-day experience of moringa powder. I will start using it for my blood pressure which is always low regular 105/ 70 sometimes103/ 65. It's been creeping up 150/70 sometimes over 75, probably because I added salty things to my diet even though I do exercise. I do intermittent exercise. But I'm on the road to recovery once again. Praise God, right now I am taking a break eating mostly raw vegetables, with cooked lentils and using beet, sorrel, ginger, purple grapes, juice smoothies with green apples.
Bless you doctor for this video. I will be using more of my moringa leaves.
