I love how excited you get every time Acheron is on the screen xD The Clockie Statue quest is worth doing, it unlocks a one-time rewards track that you'll be able to get quite a few materials from just by playing through the story and all the exploring you naturally do!

Aetherium war event is very good, it's main event during Topaz release, full of animated and voiced cutscene.
the guard fight is mandatory, if you made him sad or happy you get extra dialogue but the only way to move forward is to made him angry.
btw you can also use the aiden token to bribe the bird to find their whereabout, some of them would be very hard to find, there is one in the golden hours on top of the palm tree that I spend hours looking into before I give up.
Penacony is a complex story, I still found a new thing that connect the dot while watching you

Totally worth it, though. Event is really fun.

About the Aetherium Wars, It's a pretty obvious reference to a certain monster catching series.
In that event, you fight as monsters you caught. So you can experience how to fight as your own enemies!
Edit: Also Firefly's scene in her secret base is one of my favorite moments in the entirety of the game.

as others said there is a animated short for the dance , BUT it has spoilers so you should definitely wait for a while. we can let you know when it's no longer spoilery when the moment comes so for now you shouldn't watch it

★Simplified Summary of the Swarm Disaster Part 2 (part 1 can be found in EP 57 of this playthrough)
I reiterate that the following text is not necessary for understanding Penacony and currently any future main quest. But because of its great impact in the story of Star Rail universe, I decided to summarize the lore of this event. (I used Lalody's Lore simulated universe videos as a base)
The Rampage:
(A small note that Nanook the Destruction, is one of the that existed only around the end of the Swarm Disaster. Specifically making them the youngest Aeon, according to Ruan mei. This likely means that the Hunt and Abundance were born a bit before Nanook)
The Masked fools at the tavern at world's end making wine out of Cumin and Chitin (Which might imply that Aha knew that the Swarm would happen, considering a past mention of them singing about the world burning and tossing Cumin on it).
The first encounter between organic life and Intellitrons happens between a hooded traveler that accidentally went on the planet of the Intellitrons.
The sound of the Beyond the sky Choir were said to be muffled by walls of the Architects, and with a possibly ritualistic sacrifice of a young singer that fell into the sea, the dispute ended.
The Rememberance is possibly seen being born during the struggle of Ouroboros and Tayzzyronth, with multiple invisible shadow hands trying to collect the voices of dying remnants of different worlds.
Ena has been told to be looking for the one dream-maker who controls the will of the will of transmutation, which is confirmed to be Qlipoth. During this, The Order and 100 million members of their choir seemingly turn into weapons, embracing the head of The Preservation. Ena then declares: "You have finally accepted my invitation, Qlipoth. The troublemakers go against the rules. Their actions are unpardonable. Amber Lord, as one that controls the will of transmutation, you bear great responsibility." Herta tells that ending Tayzzyronth was a joint effort of all the Aeons. The deal between Ena and Qlipoth is currently unknown.
The transmutation will become pretty important in part 3, which will also include the birth of Xipe the Harmony.*

Whenever a message gives you jades it is one of the three messages all character send you over time. Anonymous is as you thought Kafka since she is wanted by the IPC she is anonymous and in one of her messages she can even send you a selfie if you tell her "I don't belive you are Kafka" every day when you log in you will receive a random message from a character you recently pulled like that till you get all of em.
The adventures of Mage and Fyrefly continues. Dw, mate, any recap of Penacony sounds crazy, since we're in a dream.
Also, yay you finally meet the quantum walking, 4th wall breaking, trouble making, red herring Sparkle! Enjoy her enthusiasm, I sure didn't (I still like her abit).
If its pretty obvious, whenever you add B. Swan into your team when you meet her in the story, replace Welt with her if you're still sticking with the MC around.

🔸Aetherium Wars
Released back in 1.4 with the Topaz arrival on Belobog, Aetherium Wars might still be the best Event of HSR to this day. It's Pokemon within the Star Rail universe, so much fun... and so many hours to complete as well, it's a true mini-game within the game!! Pretty sure there's a lot of us who loved Aetherium Wars and would love a Part 2! 🤩

I think Acheron refers to the Animated Short "Rondo Across Countless Kalpas"... that I'd advise you to watch AFTER completing the first part of Penacony (the 2.0 patch that you're currently playing).

You probably know this (or don't care that much) but if you wanna get more Trick Snacks to spam Acheron's Technique, you can choose 1 of your 4 Daily Assignments to Synthesis Materials > The Blossom in the Storm. With the two ingredients gathered, you can craft 25 Trick Snacks after a single Assignment 👍

Aetherium Wars is a major event sort of like the Belobog Museum restoration, so it's good, but very long. It released alongside the Topaz mission, and there's a similar event paired with every continuance.
Also, the Thirteen Clocks adventure mission is just a short conversation that plays when you first interact with the Clockie statue in Golden Hour. The statue is Penacony's world shop, so you can check in periodically for rewards.
There is nothing I can say that won't go into spoiler territory so I am just enjoying the ride. I love Penacony storyline so so much.

Not spoiiling which one but there was a part here that was brought up in the 2.1 update but the connection was lost in the EN translation of 2.0. Seems that they went back and re-recorded the lines for it.
Is it the "🤫👀" no wonder, I feel like it change a bit, it does clarify the timeline better now

Aetherium Wars is worth doing IMO if only for Giovanni, another masked fool that you get introduced to. He likes to drop lore bombs, and there are a couple fun hidden interactions in it...

7:58 i really enjoyed Aetherium Wars, more so than most "post patch events". By this i mean it was the event that accompanied Future Market, which happens after the story element. You actually see the Aetherium Wars Arena during Future Market as Svarog brings Topaz to the spot where it happens.

Aetherium Wars is a fun event for sure but it is a *long* one. I both love and hate the gameplay for it to since it's slightly different from the typical gameplay style.
Sparkle was criticized and hated on a lot in the the hsr community for that scene with Aventurine bcs she was basically being racist against his race 😭 I still love her bcs that's just what makes her a morally dubious character , fictional characters don't have to be good people to be lovable for me
Also im sure you saw everyone saying the dance scene with a certain veiled lady Acheron talked about is in a trailer , you're not gonna see it in the game , but you should honestly watch it after Act 1 ends, it has slight spoilers
Yeah I don't need all characters to be squeaky clean! Not every aspect of a character needs to be likeable, that would be so dull!

The anonymous message *was* from Kafka. When you get a new character, they will (usually) will then text you once a day for a few days. So you probably got that message a day or two after you first pulled Kafka. It just got buried in other texts so lost its context. 😅
Also, I'd almost forgotten how weird everything is in Penacony. 🤣 It's almost strange how much I've become used to it, so it's fun to see it all get introduced again!
I'm also skipping Lingsha, having spent WAY too many tickets to get Feixiao (managing only to get her on the final day), and Lingsha not really grabbing my attention.
I already have Topaz with her light cone, but I'm waiting to see what the next patch will bring for the rerun - the character already announced again isn't interesting to me, so if I want to toss tickets for the rerun, I'll have a bunch saved and if the announced rerun isn't up my alley I'll grab Topaz eidolons before she runs out

Coming back here with a little warning 🙈 Starting from today, we have drip marketing of upcoming characters for version 2.7 and since our predictions are coming true so far.... Be careful because there's like 99% chance tomorrow's marketing will be for a character that is a GIGANTIC spoiler for you (it has to do with current 2.5 main story)
As for banners, because you decided to save jades for the future. In 2.6 so in 2 weeks, there's only 1 new banner announced which is Rappa. She's a completely new character we've never met before, we only know she was announced Imaginary Path of Erudition. The rest is rerun banners, probably some big names like Acheron, Aventurine or maybe Dr Ratio/Boothill?
In 2.7 first announced banner is Sunday. He's introduced as Imaginary Path of Harmony character. Since you only started Penacony recently, I wouldn't recommend reading any introduction posts since they're full of story spoilers but without context his banner art is relatively safe to look at (I mean there is a spoiler to Penacony there but people who didn't do the story yet will not notice or know the meaning of it). Second banner is announced tomorrow so be careful with spoilers!

They changed it because later in the story she refers back to this convo saying she said 'mute' which isn't the word she originally used. The English version mistranslated the Chinese term for someone who can't speak as literally 'a rock' which was incorrect.

I know you're trying to shorten your interactions for the sake of the VOD, but you're missing a ton of content in the Clockwork emotion changes. I recommend cycling through emotions for all the NPCs you choose to interact with.
There's also a ton of inanimate objects you can interact with, but you tend to bee-line down the middle of the path and are never close enough to see that you can interact with objects. I'm just saying you've missed out on a lot of the flavor the devs put into the world of Penacony.
It's sad but he probably won't, which is a shame since many Penacony's npcs have such interesting things to say. And I'm not even talking about the clock work quests, most of them are straight fire
I just can’t spend an entire video checking in with all the npc’s 😅 I’m sure there’s some good stuff there, but I’d rather just do what feels natural in the moment, it’s just more fun for me that way!

You should do the Mr. Xinyan quest at least in a video like the others you do like VoDs other video, theres some references, and it opens Pure Fiction. Honestly, I would love to see you try another endgame mode. Aetherium Wars is described by many as Pokémon in space, and I'm not sure if it's the same or not, but you'll have to make your own opinion, but most ppl like it, also Anonymous is Kafka. Lastly, pls why do you have to take that long doing these...an hour video, I know it's edited and likely longer, I myself would have taken probably 30 mins or less in all you posted...
I'm playing at my own pace, I'm sure many play faster or slower than me. What does it matter? Also recording and commentating over something takes longer than just playing.
