    The easiest and most cost effective option was omitted in this video. The dremel/similar tools work like a charm for the average home aquarist who doesn’t want random tools cluttering their storage area, or a giant saw which won’t be used often. In Australia you can get a dremel-like tool for 45USD locally.

    How would you recommend taking out a colony out of a tank to frag? would you cut it out with bone cutters, or another way (especially if it's on a very large aquascape)?

      It depends on the type of coral and how much of it is encrusted onto a rock. But, a bone cutter is USUALLY the easiest way.
