Any tips or videos on fragging/removing coral within display? For example, is there an easy way to remove softies from a rock at bottom of tank without taking it out?

It depends on the coral. Some soft corals like leathers and xenia can be easily cut and removed. Softies like zoas are more difficult to remove from the rock.

Fresh water dip 5-15 minutes simply because the zoanthus will fully close itself while the hitch hikers will perish.
