It's just that you glued all the LED pins on the board.

I glued it in half to be red, I could glue it for blue or green, or rainbow.

@@ElektroGamer30 Totally agree, but so does Creative... Logitech never did an actual Z5500 replacement, Z906 is not even comparable and its also very outdated...
Creative even worse in terms of speakers as they don't even have 5.1 anymore while they had I think an even more powerful set of 5.1 than Z5500 but also cost a lot more, like around 500€ if I remember well and you still needed to pay around 200€ extra for the decoder which is where you had the optical, dolby and that kind of stuff though it also had much more connections than Z5500. Anyway those decoders are now worth quite a huge amount of money on ebay as they are pretty rare nowadays, same with Z5500, I see some ppl selling them at ridiculous prices lol...
I never EVER seen anything better than Z5500 no matter how crazy or audiophile anyone is... Mine were bought around 2005 brand new in a promotion for 250€ and for that price there wasnt EVER any 5.1 set anywhere close to the Z5500, not back then and specially not today which is even worse.
In fact I wasted almost 300€ like a month ago and bought much bigger speakers (2Way with tweeter) and they sound miles worse than the Z5500, now in games while Z5500 sounded like I was in the middle of the war, now sounds like I'm in the middle of the war with cans over my ears :(. Also Z5500 is 250€ which is 5 speakers + Sub + integrated 6 channel amplifier + decoding + controller + speaker cables ALL-In-one for 250€ was the best deal EVER.
ps: I'm glad my Z5500 is still fully working, though the rear speakers rubber are bad, I fixed them temporarily with plastidip + silicon glue, but I already have new rubber replacement for a few time, just need glue and some time later I will actually fully fix them all.
