I love your videos, they are doing a fantastic job of keeping the riff raff out of the Hopper bottom biz! You deff are not glamorizing life, trucking or hoppers! Lol. Im tellin ya, move west, get tripple axle trailers, put a pusher on your semi, haul 95K. Im suprosed you gotta dump 1800 lbs over where you run. For ag comodoties in the Map 21 states you get 5% allowence. I can texhnically haul 99,400 lbs so lokg as i dont have an axle over weight. I ca. Haul about 106K without overloading an axle with my set up. i feel like just sending you a set of demco electric trap openers everytime i see you crank those traps man! Lol. Hauling an extra 18K lbs or 7.5-9 tons per run almost pays for the fuel at least these days! Lol . Its not cheap to set up, (but worth it if you find the niche... and its not a thing in the eastern states so i get the extra axle weight hurts u in alot of your lanes. Amyways, keep up the good work dirty! Hopper bottom hauling is truly dirty work and sucks and the pay sucks worse, the wait times are horrendus etc. Abandon all hope ye who wants to buy a hopper!!!
Thanks man. Moving west sounds fun! I’d love to be WAY out in the country like that. Man if they ever did raise the weight limits here I’m afraid everyone would beat the rate down to were we would be hauling the extra weight for the same money. Trucks are bad saturated around here.
@thedirtytrucker9633 surprisingly that doesn't happen, as most terminals just pay straight rates, how much you haul is up to you and your equipment. Most of our terminals and processors are smart enough to set up their own customers and lanes. You just get in line and haul. Of course, you can run for your individual co. In the 7 axle biz it's closely guarded. Nobody films or talks about their lanes, tou jusy gotta get set up and jump in. It's been good to me. It's still a business. Make good money intil the motor blows up! And somthing is always blowing up. As far as bidding down rate per ton for extra axles trucks. It's hard to say it's "not allowed" but I will simply say this. In the extra axle map 21 states you can f around and find out. The pay per ton is the pay per ton, nobody gets a special deal. These big companies we hauling for have the rates worked out. The customer likes to work with my extra axles because they can unload only 6 trucks to get the same product as unloading 8 5 axle trucks. Watched your latest vid, damn man that 379 is full of gremlins! Good luck my man!!! Back to the 359. I'm running a 378 with a rebuild C12 with custom twins, it weighs about 1500K lbs less than a 3406e. And has plentry of power to get 99K rolling down the road.

I went to load wire in upper Sandusky Ohio. A bunch of flatbeds ahead of me was loading for pgt. Texted gentleman. What’s your waiting time. He said first for hours for nothing. 3500 an hour after that. I said I’m leaving here in two hours. My son’s working in construction. He is a pipe fitter. Makes 57.00 an hour. Ten hour days. Double time Saturday and Sunday.

He was sad to see you broke down really sad to hear you're having bad times he told me to tell you we are set if you need any financial help that you don't have to pay back to let him know but I do know he paid for my schooling to be a lawyer 100% that's what started the farming turning into trucking company so a great video and if you need anything send me a note and he will give you an email address or he'll give whats app he really doesn't want to see anybody struggling in something they love who does regret not spending time with his family he did take care of his financially though oh I forgot to tell you his eyes lit up really big when you mentioned selling I'm trying to get everything he wrote down writing kind of bad now add another stroke last Thursday he wants to stay at home he has three nurses but he still bugs me to do all this which I don't mind at all cuz I can see his connection hopefully this makes sense and thank you for making him light up again it was a big smile Gerald
Thank you so much. I appreciate your offer. It’s not really the financial things that are killing me as much as time to get things fixed right. I’m running behind on videos but you can tell him that I had to take time off to fix a few things on the green truck and a got a lot of things fixed. There is a lot that I’m planning on doing to the green truck to make it even better. As always he is in my thoughts and prayers. Tell him to hang in there and fight hard. I’m glad he is able to keep watching.
