If a serious HHO system had been installed on each diesel at the factory, (& all that emissions crap been left off) the engines would have run cleaner, stayed clean internally, lasted longer & got better fuel economy to boot ! Thanks for sharing!

My 03 6.0 is at 264k and I have a egr delete and exhaust and intake otherwise stock and have done pretty well. But I agree with this whole bs dpf, def, egr, etc. I'm a truck mechanic so I've been working on junk regularly. Nice trucks but this emissions bullshit just ruins everything.

You might want to rethink the turbo intercooler and the source of the heat it dissipates. The heat does not come from the exhaust gases driving the turbine.

Also about 3x the cost and weight. Forced derate when a sensor has a bad day because it's cleaner to send a backup and a tow truck. It's all a joke and I'm not going to get any deeper than that because it pisses me off thinking about it

Well. The engines are blowing up at 100k mi any way. And they blow up because they put a hot tune on them and burn the tires at every red light.

On my Cummins, the EGR cooler cracked, dumping my antifreeze into the exhaust clogging my dpf.
