    I live Jym products but what you guys did with your protein powder removing the egg and putting the product in a very uncomfortable bag is very disappointing

    I like combining the PreJym with 50-75 grams of Karbolyn and 10grams of glycerol monostearate.

    Thant’s what happened to me with a certain liquid you take with a full eye dropper 1 ml twice a day. My heart was pounding gave me a rush but did not like it and I am 63. So now I am using smart brands not something that makes me feel like I am on meth pardon the expression. Thanks for all the great benefits of good proteins creating etc. You should know what to take read the label and know what’s scientifically proven to work. I eat aloe of protein and started training when I was 62 .Thanks guys

    The biggest thing I hate about pre-workouts and I've tried a plethor of them. That's why I don't use stem products anymore. Because yeah sure you get stimulated or whatever you want to call it. But man do you crash and it sucks. Sometimes you get sick I was actually getting sick on the old stuff I mentioned below because I remember taking it just because of a pre-workout that I realized hey this feels awesome I'm going to take it before mission. and then I got back to the stateside and I was taking it I was taking it and it's almost well it is a drug I guess. I almost went through withdrawals. I probably did but I also preoccupied with my job and Ranger battalion. We didn't really slow down but then again I mean they were giving us Adderall and then Ambien to fall asleep so especially when I was on sniper. Stay up for 4 days and get like 6 hours of sleep and then stay up again for 3 days. I swear that one deployment I was a sniper I came back within one year but I aged five. When I start losing my hair I think I was 26 but I was going to use the steroids too so LOL it is what it is

    I like how people say I've taken too much creatine and they spilled over. It's almost like saying I have taken too much anadrol where Diana ball and I spilled over. I can see Diana ball to a point because of the estrogenic effects. but not as bad as people use as an excuse to eat like s*** because especially anadrol. I'm like it's all intramuscular. I'm like there's no spillover there can't be? And then people get pissed at me for pointing that out. I was like if you don't eat like s*** you'll be fine. Because in the medical community wherever you chalk it up it's all intramuscular that everything happens

      I wanted to love this pre workout but it just made me feel sleepy and nauseous. I’m not trying to be a hater but my workouts got better as soon as I stopped taking it.

    We all remember the original innovapor? And it had no crash come to find out you're pretty much on an opioid MDMA and mmda or whatever the hell they are. you get all f****** jacked up on all the caffeine and everything else that was in it the ephedra and all that because it wasn't FDA regulated back in the day. So you're freaking zooming but at the same time you were high like an opioid like euphoria. and then I remember you blatantly can tell when they took all that out. I was like well now I'm just getting it up and then crashing. And then that's at the same time when I was buying gaspari super draw or whatever the heck it was called. Maybe it's Halo I'm not really sure I think it was superdrol. Those were the days when the supplement companies or the supplement industry was the wild wild West more so than what it is now. I even tried some of these off market or they claim to be a certain brand from years ago. That had the MDMA in it and stuff. And then I took it and I was like nope not the same. It was just a sales gimmick. or what was the other one jacked 3D or 3D jack. Or when all the hydroxycut and stuff actually work because of the ephedrine. and now they still sell it and I'm like yeah you're just taking B12 and caffeine and green tea extract. I'm like you could save a lot of money just by buying this supplements.

    Nobody needs a so-called "pre-workout." Just drink a glass of water and jump rope for 3 minutes. Now you're hydrated and awake with a reasonably warm body. Start your first warm-up set. Bingo! If you're tired, get more sleep and keep your nutrition on point, don't be scammed by supplement peddlers.

    Literally can't stand when brands say they're the best and the only one people should take. Jym is good but highly overrated. BCAAs in a pre is pointless. Creatine in a pre is pointless.

    • @EritchVR

      Studies show creatine before and rafter workouts give you the best benefits. So creatine in pre makes sense.

      @sethpope1143 doesn't take a biochemist to understand basic supplementation. Arnold is arguably the greatest bodybuilder ever but has been the face of two of the worst supplement brands to ever exist. That's a weak way to dismiss my statement.

    • @justinthompson5631
      @justinthompson5631 Рік тому

      @eritchvr1416 creatine is a saturation based ingredient. You CAN take it pre and post, but it isn't necessary. You can take 5g in the morning or before bed, it doesn't matter. Preworkouts, IMO, should contain ingredients that give acute effects, which creatine does not.

      1. Creatine comment - Yes, you can take at any point of day as long as it’s supplemented daily. But why waste another $30/month if it’s already in your preworkout..
      2. If you know anything about mitochondria and metabolic pathways, BCAAs have a tremendous affect pre, during, and or after your workout. Your statement is invalid.
      3. The ingredients in this pre workout help with maximizing metabolism so you burn more calories during your workout ie fat loss, increased blood flow so your not as fatigued during your workout. Citrulline Malate itself is going to help with muscle soreness following your workout. Their is an abundant of benefits with these ingredients and yet you only address two that you deem “unnecessary.”
      4. If nutrition is actually a passion you would understand that buying multiple supplements is extremely costly, which is my point in point # 1.. Why buy a container creatine when your pre workout has it? Why buy more pills or powders like Bioperine, beta alanine, citrulline malate when it’s all in your pre workout. Their is only one ingredient that is non-essential in this pre workout and that’s creatine.
      Final point. If you have an additional $60-100/month to waste on buying these products so that you can take them at what you would say “a more appropriate time” go for it. But I’m not wasting thousands per year when it’s non essential to maximize my growth, energy, and recovery (not including protein supplement), just because I don’t like that creatine is non essential in my pre workout.
