Alex is literally dropping wisdom in sharing all of this information and processes... Literally could convert the application method into other areas business. It's so helpful to hear him explain his thought process here. GOLD.
That first sentence is already so smart and self-aware : "I was a powerlifter competing for 5 years, and one day I realised I don't care how strong I was, my legs were in so much pain..." The amount of people who stay on the same path, slowly destroying their body and life overall (physically and mentally) just because "they've been doing it for a long time" is mind-blowing. Sunk-cost fallacy.
@47:45 - This is true. I worked for a company over 10 years ago that spun-off and entered an industry where all the competitors provided more for the money. We offered very personalized world-class client service. It was like a luxury 7 star resort, where you paid out your ass, but you would never be unhappy as we bend way over backwards. 10 years later, we turned their little 4-man group into a global corporation that became an industry leader. All the big banks, hedge funds, masters of the universe were our clients.
@@ngreat4390 It depends on what it is, but probably. If you look at supermarkets for example, why do some do just as good or better than others who sell the same things for less? People will pay to get treated better or simply get an item in a nicer package.
Thanks for this Matt! Having quite extensive experience in fitness marketing myself, I can attest to Alex having a hugge influence on boutique-style gyms and boxes here in Australia. This was really fulfilling to watch 🙏
Great video. It is really helpfull for a future gym administrator. I am looking at Escape equipment and I like the way it makes functional zone to look friendly.
Why you never give credit to Sam and Travis for your success in the industry? You know if it wasn't for mostly Sam you wouldn't be anywhere close you are now!
we all know the rich take from the poor by targeting their insecurities or needs - how ever your videos are all based on those who already have housing and assets - although the poor / working class are the super glue of society , shelter costs take every penny so a normal job would be pointless ' its like that amazing man on you tube with no arms or legs , even people like him have some thing to profit from as sad as that sounds - would you have any advice for those of us with nothing ?
1. Drop the mindset that you’re part of some Class. Only difference between you and a rich person is knowledge of how to make money, i.e., skills. 2. Learn from the people who have figured it out. Right. So, the acquisition of the customer was a cost. Subsequently, obviously, you trade with that client, generating income. Learn basic business terminology. Your rent isn't part if your profit - you pay it in order to operate and, ultimately, have a turnover. CAQ is the same. Christ !!!!!!!!!!

This guy is giving it away folks. Now get to WORK!!!
This guy is sharp, mind blown I am indeed. I would love to hear this man's background and upbringing. He seems unreal.
He was on Iced Coffee Hour recently and talked little about his upbringing and schooling.

Wow. This is one of the best fitness business informative conversations I’ve encountered.
Read his books
Great info. Very informative
Lots of smart business innovations there. Selling results is the best one. If you can sell results you are guaranteed repeat customers.

Alex Hormozi's genius is that he gives it away. I've never been more grateful for a youtuber than I am for him.
I totally agree with you.

It's impossible for any company to acquire customers profitably, as it's an expense.
Not true ... a client pays you $300 month 1 and it costs you $50 to acquire them .
Boom profit 🤯
