I’m 1000% with you! No doctor has the right to consider themself “in charge” of any of us. We are all independent in this. A doctor’s job is to advise, based on their knowledge and (where applicable only) their experience. Then it’s our absolute right to accept OR reject that advice. Anyone who holds the opinion that a doctor is somehow superior and may not be disagreed with, loses credibility - and my belief. So maybe this guy should rethink his position on that. Other than that, his info was interesting. Subjectively!

This is fraudulent misinformation. Oral testosterone undecanoate has been used and available since the 1970s. Cream does work for most men and similarly to oral undecanoate, can be matched to the natural circadian rhythm of endogenous testosterone production… on that point, there are no published studies (to the best of my knowledge) that recognise any negative consequences of having serum testosterone elevated at night, in fact in young men 18-25 years old (the healthiest and most vital age group) it is common to see their blood serum testosterone levels barely decrease overnight. Their levels are generally very stable.
Testosterone Enanthate and Cypionate can be injected 2 or more times per week and virtually all symptoms and undesirable effects described and emphasised in this video disappear.
He is not offering anything new and world leading experts (Morgentaler, Hertoghe, Winge etc) recommend injections or cream as the two most preferred methods of administering testosterone replacement therapy. Oral test undecanoate is a valid treatment option for some, though it is far from a breakthrough.

Your information is outdated. The 3 new testosterone pills are absolutely breakthroughs.
Old testosterone undecanoate pills are totally different from the new ones and were extremely hard on the liver. The 3 newest pills to hit the market are Jatenzo, Tlandoand and Kyzatrex. They avoid that problem because they bypass the liver to be metabolized through the lymphatic system (no stress on liver at all). That's an absolutely massive deal. Also pellets are another option you failed to mention. Please stop confusing people by spreading fraudulent misinformation.

Traverse Clinical Trial published mid 2023 in the NEJM to provide more clarity regarding cardiovascular safety of testosterone replacement therapy. Over 5,200 men between 45-80, all who had preexisting cardiovascular disease or were at high risk of cardiovascular disease, treated for 22 months and followed for 3 years. Random double blind placebo trial. At the end of the trial, they saw heart attacks or cardiovascular events in 7% of the treatment arm and in 7.3% of the placebo arm. So no difference. And these were in patients with preexisting cardiovascular disease or were at high risk of cardiovascular disease. There were slight increases in psa blood test levels. Did not see an increase in prostate cancer.

The only research on the half life of testosterone suspension is in horses of 8 days. Horses generally metabolize drugs much faster than humans due to their sheer size. DHT does not cause prostate cancer, but it can make the prostate grow. But there is the prostate saturation model which is based on estrogen alpha receptors found in the stories of the prostate. By saturating tissue with androgens you actually block estrogen from growing tissue and uncontrollable cell growth. The first drug to treat breast cancer was testosterone. Then came Masteron because side effects were less. Masteron does not block estrogen receptors or production. It’s an androgen and attaches to androgen receptors.

Diabetics take insulin multiple times a day. someone if they eanted would take injections everyday. Undecoate is a very long ester with a long half life. Other issue with oral testosterone is liver stress especially with long term usage. Why not rather focus on increasing natural production for trt purposes.

He’s naming a whole list of symptoms that may indicate low testosterone. But how about this. Just get a blood test. So that’s somewhat worrying that he didn’t even mention it. Also, his comment that to cure high blood pressure, just stop eating carbs. I did that two years ago and it’s absolutely great - I would recommend the carnivore diet
(or at least the keto diet) to everyone. BUT it did not cure my hypertension. So that’s two things where his credibility is questionable. That enough to make ALL his claims less than absolute. Sounded more like a paid for spokesperson than an objective clinical opinion.
