The traffic deaths will continue to rise until we can actually get drivers to slow down. Vehicle size and weight also continue to increase and only makes matters worse.
Everyone tailgates and is in a hurry. Sad...

It is so boring out east...Flat and unattractive anywhere east of Powers
The only growth this city will see is out east the whole city is pretty crappy it's falling apart on every end if you want to be honest.
At least some of the crap out east will be new all the old crap out west is old and falling apart. There are a few nice pockets but overall is a mishmash of crap.
The city is too big for itself period.
