She can invite any visitors she wants, while she still has that lawful occupant status. So the Police are there lawfully, until she leaves forever (in 5 minutes time once she collects her personal gear). 4) Actually the OWNER of the house got himself locked up for threatening police with a weapon (hand saw I think) and left the house before his wife and the POlice.... hahaha

The reason why minimum wage needs to be raised.
