I climbed for a month back in '89 (Cook,Tasman,Aspiring) and it only rained one day which happen while we were traveling on the bus to Aspiring. I guess you can say we lucked out on the weather. lol

What to say…. This is astonishing, incredible, the ne plus ultra of NZ mountaineering expose. The more you climb the more amazed you can be at what you guys just put up right there. Congratulations 🎉

I was in many of these places in the 70's and I'm just astonished at the standards now being achieved. Now far too old and with a severe autoimmune condition, anything at this scale is beyond my reach now, but your last words are still right - it is just a matter of defining the challenge.

I hope you had more than one beer. i climbed in Mt Cook in the mid 80s . Only dreamed of this level of skill -well done. Thank you for showing me what I missed out on 🙂

Well executed film capturing an epic adventure. Had a crack at Aspiring a couple months ago, hard to fathom climbing this peak after Cook, several other peaks and a lazy ride in between. Kudos to the lads.
Cheers for Aspiring some new ideas in both film and climbs when I cross the ditch next.
