It’s hard to describe how above the rest this video is compared to other hard alpine rock climbing videos this year! Superb story telling, superb partners and superb sends! Fantastic Pete!
Pete, you're an absolute idol, making it look nearly effortless, with your humbleness and dry British humor. When I hear the shirtless guys in leggins power-screaming at the pink v5 in my gym I am thinking about you and keep going. Thank you.
Pete, its just not right that you can be that good at climbing AND film making! Unbelievable documentary. Sean being a legend as always and Pete just proving there's no rock he can't handle. 🙌🙌
*It's hard to comprehend the scale/ epic-ness of the scenery and climbing happening here. You can witness it best by the reactions and expressions of the people involved.* *Most definitely a transcendent experience.*
Adventure film of the year. Massive respect, the human emotion... with very clear direction, displaying outstanding physical and mental achievements. Yep. This is a belter of a film. A true stand out.
Crikey!! I could feel the cold from my living room and the views and positions were simply outstanding. An 8a lead is hard anywhere but in this situation it is another level. Absolutely first class climbing and filming
Beautiful! What a perfect mix of super hard climbing, photography, and personality. I'd watch 100 hours of this stuff. Hope we get to see more from the pair of you someday!
Your best video yet Pete, and I absolutely love all of them. You guys are insane! Good effort and hope to see more of this kind of video in the future!!! Congrats to the team.
Those very small and very big Wild Country cams plus the unavoidable Totem cams in the middle range seem like the proper tools for this adventure. Well done guys, the video of your climb is really interesting to see!
Epic.. Two of best climbers, imo, togheter climbing in this amazing, complex, hard and incredible mountain... Not just climbing but filming aswell.... Just epic... Congrats Pete... And welcome to South America...
So good to finally see this pair together. Such incredible climbers both technically and mentally, such stoke and energy and both larrikins to provide good laughs. Amazing achievement and hopefully the start of another legendary climbing partnership!
You guys are absolutely amazing! I know Séan a little bit and he's a f...ing legend! Had my best day of bouldering with him. Very inspiring to see you two so happy moving in the mountains of Patagonia. 💖
Dude this Video is beyond amazing. Such a great effort in any way. The climbing, the vibes, the environment, the filming and production. I had no idea that you are such a beast. Truely inspirational!
I've not actually climbed with Tom in this type of environment before, so no comparisons. I'll more wanted to make out that Sean was an absolute weapon through this style of terrain. Really cool for me to see.
Incredible stuff... I rewinded so many times to better understand how the climbs worked (...OK sometimes to understand Sean's accent) - it was all worth it and I learned so much. I'll use another commenter's words: it's difficult for me to comprehend what goes into climbs like these, so I look at the expressions and reactions of the individuals and the story is plain to see. Truly incredible, Big wall Pete plus Alpine chef Sean (and Jumar Julia!) make an awe inspiring team~
Lovely video, absolutely amazing, well done with your great efforts and to be able to capture it for us. I love Sean! Would love to spend a day with him, such great energy! His film from reel rock 11 was fantastic and had me crying with laughter. Keep up the great work boys and be carful!
It still cracks me up to see El Chalten. When I was there in '79, all we had was the funky little gaucho's hut where he would sell climbers cigarettes, whiskey, and polenta. For meat there were sheep killed and butchered with a Swiss Army knife. After getting blown off Fitzroy a few times, I put up a route with another American on Guillaumet over 3 days (which Colin Haley has now soloed in a couple hours) and freezing my feet on that climb, I left the area. Always have wished I would have had the vision to figure a way to stick around and continue to develop the area.
Yes yes yes yes yes

the guy climbs hard free ascents in patagonia, films it, produces it, doing all the hardwork all together.
you are a legend Pete!!
seriously. so much hard work goes into something like this. pete is an absolute monster.
Sean describes the climbs in such a way he sounds like a rich storyteller!
He's great at telling stories!!
@@WideBoyz Heeeere's de ting about dis cloimb!
He is! Watch some of his other movies in case you missed them!
If you like his stories, you should watch the climbing movie "Dodo Delight" narrated by himself
He's a bad ass bard tough as nails, but a bard nonetheless, singing all the way to the top.
Sean's Irish/Belgian accent is just incredible
Legendary!
Felt like I watched a mini documentation of Patagonia, with pro film crew... Such beatiful shots + nice climbing.. loved every second of it.

So strong guys!!!!! No hollywood movie - very refreshing - and still such an achievement on badass trad routes! 🤩
Awesome video, somehow you could feel the rock, the cold, the whole experience,
through the filming
Good to see Pete still smashing it after 25 years in the game. Top bloke :)

such a special place I can't even imagine the feeling of doing top level climbing in that setting
Greatest mountain documentary I've watched, you should do the same in karkoram and Himalayas.
Amazing video. Epic location, great climbing, funny comments, high quality photography, and very high quality editing/producing.
