I got this great opportunity to make a video of this 1958 Chrysler Windsor.

Very unusual - a base model Windsor with power windows!!

Just one correction, a common error, in the first 15 seconds, you claimed that it's a "large American 2 door sedan". It's not a Sedan. A sedan in USA terminology is a three post car. A pillar, B pillar and C pillar. The B pillar is at the front door. This is known as a "Hardtop". A Hardtop, has no B pillar. You can roll the two side windows down and there is no post involved or door frame, that's a Hardtop. a Sedan can be either a 2 door or 4 door, but there is always a B Pillar. Also, the starter button on your car has been moved, normally on a Chrysler it would be in the push button pad where you would push the neutral button. You can see where the word Starter has worn away under the tiny letter "N"

Thanks for the correction, yeah I should've noted that it has the aftermarket starter button. I also didn't know that definition for a Sedan in USA. Thanks for the correction.

The parking brake does also serve as an emergency brake. While it is possible for damage to U-joints to happen, as long as they are in good condition they will survive OK. The parking/emergency brake system will stop the car from speed. Just don't expect it to stop the car in as short a distance as the service brakes.

It's a 2 door hardtop not a sedan, it has a single carburetor not duel and the starter button has moved from the original place on the push button Auto transmission pod!?!??🤔 Without wishing to sound too critical please try & get the facts right about what is after all, a beautiful 5O's chrysler corporation car!😊👍

I had so little time before making this video of the car. The owner told me it's a dual carb. I'm sorry there are faults on the video. I'm not a professional, just a hobbyist making a video of my friend's car.
Also English is only my third language, and I don't practice these videos so I might make mistakes like calling it a sedan instead of a hardtop.
I'm sorry to cause a dissapointment.
