I completed her 30 day handstand challenge about a month ago. I wasn’t able to kick up to the wall before this challenge but now I can although my posture still looks like an arch. I will do this drill as a review again hoping to get rid of the arch.
Amazing work out! Must try 🙂 ❤
That proper killed my shoulders, but I really enjoyed it. Every day something new. Thank you for putting it out there ❤🙏
I'm currently on Day 5 of doing this 100 push up routine! Already my muscles feel stronger and I feel like my resilience has improved :) Thank you, thank you thank you!
You deserve more subs, awesome calisthenics teacher!
Great video! Thanks! I'm having a bit of difficulty kicking up to the wall without momentum - so can't do the knee placement thing. Do you have suggestions?
This video is so helpful for anyone looking to learn a handstand, and I love its style: calm and grounded! Thank you!
Thank you so much ❤ finally I did my first assisted handstand with the head on the ground. I've been training to hold a handstand for a year and a half now and I've not been able to unlock it. I had convinced myself that it's because my two arms are not equal since I broke one of my bones and the arm is bent, but I just realized I can do it regardless of a bent arm. Thank you so much Summer.
Very nice instructions! Greetings from Amsterdam
This lady looks everyday better, her body looks great and she is obviously stronger
Thanks, been following the workouts and I have to say, awesome.
Summer is truly a messiah
Have you ever tried different breathing patterns while exercising?
For bed cardio, yes. 😂
I get a fun workout by carrying my sister in water, beach, or poolside, either piggyback or sitting on my shoulders.
You are amazing!!!, I would be blacking out, even if I could do what you do, got a better body then a man!!
Thanks so much! Working on my handstands a lot and I hope this will help me get off the wall :)
Hi, how do you get thicker wrist? I'm a guy
Don’t worry about getting a thicker wrist, worry about getting bigger forearms if you’re worried about your wrist… You want a flexible, strong wrist
Most gorgeous women on earth.
can't reach for the wall when trying to do back facing wall handstand, and kinda scared honestly, maybe there some tips or easier varietion of this one I can try?
This is so hard and so good. I struggle so much with shoulder mobility and core strength. Seriously contemplating buying your coached handstand program..
This workout is from that program :) So if you enjoyed it you'll definitely enjoy the program!
When i handstand i put my weight more on one side and that imbalances me. You can give me tips on that?
Wow fantastic follow along! Made the workout so much better
Nice
Just what I need, I will keep practicing!
You are incredible
VERY VERY TALENTED BEAUTIFUL LADY
Nice Video again Summer!!
Great Form and Demo!!!
💚👍🇦🇺❤️🏋️♀️💪
GOOD AND GOOD video 😊👍 AND Hi 👋
This workout starts chill but gets intense at the end
Thank You
Been doing your follow along with excellent results
Amazing Work Summer
Breathing in and talking while exercising is another reason why I watch Samma's video.
I’m still scared to even just kick up to the wall…
You don't have to kick up to the wall the first day you begin your handstand practice. You can work on the other drills for now. Overtime you'll build more confidence, strength and awareness eventually making kicking up to the wall less scary.
Here's an addition wall handstand tip for when you're ready to try: ua-cam.com/users/shorts2XMj3cVh-Hw
Summer this is great! Thank you! (specially appreciate the silent breaks 😅)
Great tutorial, thank you! I have been practising calisthenics for nearly a year and was in a bit of a rut until I found your channel. Now I am reinvigorating to push on again. Looking forward to your upcoming intermediate plan. Thank you for the fantastic comment, so much great stuff on your website too!😃
Super Helpful
bruh I have the strength but my legs keep dangling no matter how hard I contract my muscles
Thanks!
At 160kg I find it somewhat of a challenge...
Hi, how often a week could I do this workout? Is everyday to much?
Summer your workout always Amazing 👍👍👍
couldnt do this for 1m thkx needed this
here today, I was kind of tired but did it
👍👍👍💪💪
Hey, if you are "summer" fun fitness then what happens to you in winter
are you winter sad fitness?? 😂😂
Totally didnt know i could do a forearm stand till today. Love it
16:39 Week 2 but I'm still on to "get yourself there". I'm not that unfit and have a stable core, so I guess I'm just scared to attempt to kick harder
It's hard to progress in handstands in only 2 weeks of training. It usually takes tremendously longer than that, so don't worry too much. Just keep practicing and doing your best.
great job !
👍💯Thank you very much.
A beautiful smile it is.
5:24 mic is so heavy...
I Love how you teach !
Amazing follow along! Thank you Summer!!
Thank you :) Glad you liked it!
Oh super class 😊
You're great!! thank you very much for your help
Is there an advanced handstand workout?
And what's the difference between this type of training and the type of training that focuses on reps and sets....
For example:
3 sets:
Handstand push ups against the wall ×10
Elevated pike push ups ×15
Elevated pike hold 30 sec
Wall walks ×5
Pseudo push ups ×12
Shoulder to shoulder ×5
This is a follow along routine with sets and reps inside of it.
If you want an advanced routine that isn't a follow along, check out any of these:

Bravo handstand ❤👏👏
is a 30 year men can i follow your all training method
Age is just a number, also you are not old so it should be perfectly okay. Just give yourself a time if you can't follow along or not able to do moves at full range of motion. Adaptation takes time.
Ofcourse ! Although you might find the biggest limiting factor isn't the strength to press overhead nor the balance through your arms and shoulders nor the coordination... the first thing that will take a lot of time to acclimate is the circulation and pressure from the blood 'pooling' if you've never done any inversion practice before.
If you can take 4~6 weeks to build up to inversion tolerance then you can make handstands (and by extension Flips and stuff) easy.
Thank you so Much for your Motivation.I am not a ture beginner i have done defferent type of workout since 1 year..but I like your training Method of all your videos thats why i ask...
thanks for all the advice
Wearing Those socks looks silly😂
