As I mentioned in this video, my grocery store doesn't sell ziti noodles (i don't know why??) so I used a smaller rigatoni - but please use ziti if you love it and have it available! Also, Hudson's hair sprouting up throughout the video is killing me😂he was begging HARD for the cheese tax
OMG, everytime you make something I am salivating. Rigatoni is a nice hearty comforting pasta, and yes, I've made the sauce - it's a winner! I give thanks to your Mama for teaching you to cook so you can share these wonderful recipes. Thanks Bethany. Have a wonderful day.
Hi Bethany! I found the same thing at my supermarket, no ziti! Why not??😂 your channel invokes that feeling I used to get when I had family around! I always look forward to each weeks episode! Great recipe Bethany. 👏🏻 I guess it’s because I’m not American, but my family always called this “Pasta al forno”. It’s also great to do with leftover pasta. Rigatoni is my preference as well.

Hi Bethany Got to make your Baked Ziti on Saturday with your meat sauce. I had real trouble getting hold of Spicy sausage, but managed to get some at a specialist delicatessen in a place called Helmsley in North Yorkshire, Now my lot love a bread to go with there pasta dishes so making your Garlic Rosemary bread was a no brainer. My oldest daughter said 'your American Lady sure loves her 'Parmesan Reaganian' I just smiled and yet AGAIN told her your name is Bethany !!. For dessert I made an old fashioned English pudding called 'Spotted Dick' first mentioned 1849 in The Modern Housewife by French chef Alexis Soyer, it was severed served with custard made with real vanilla pods, not that awful liquid. You must look it up and try it. Chris.
@@geordiejones2 Chris, that's wonderful to hear you all enjoyed it! Hahah I do love my Parm. And perfect pairing with the rosemary garlic bread, my dad always likes bread served with pasta too haha. So sorry the spicy sausage was hard to find! Honestly, if it is you could always use a regular Italian sausage and just add red pepper to it. But so glad you found some and it made a difference! I've only heard of spotted dick from british baking show (which is one of the few things on TV I watch). I need to try that! Along with the jelly roll you sent. Hey Bethany! This recipe looks delish! I feel like rigatoni is a better choice than ziti because ziti are smooth and there’s nothing for the sauce & cheese to cling to. Amirite?? Also, I’ve always had baked ziti with ricotta but then it’s basically like eating a deconstructed lasagna. So I think your recipe is spot on and I can’t wait to make it! OK! Once I saw the Mt. Everest of cheese for which this recipe called and added to that your recently uploaded recipe for Italian meat sauce you had me sold.
