Thank you for making these videos. I'm disabled and can't most of the physical activities I used to do, but I'm finding yin yoga is one of the best ways for me to reconnect with my body without causing a flare. I also appreciate that you always give variations that may be more comfortale.
I particularly liked the music in the background in this session! It was soft, not weird like some wellness music and not intrusive! I thank you so much for your work ❤ I struggled with dissociation so I need so much slow and grounding practice !
I had to step away from yin yoga for a couple weeks due to a glute strain from a tough mountain hike. Thank you so much; this was such a beautiful peaceful calming practice full of sweet buzzy energy flowing through my body. You are the best Devi!

I did a closer butterfly for more strecth in the groins, in dragon fly I felt it more on the inner thights. I could do sleeping swan with my left leg straigth with the mat now. I took twisted roots, as I scoop out my hips my knees go closer to the ground. In sphinx I was thinking I was on the beach reading a book. So relaxing it was. Thx 😍🤩😍.
😢 I love doing yin with you. Your voice is good, soothing, harmonious. But the music in this video was way too loud. It interfered with my relaxation. No way I could breath into a deep space. Please keep the music no more a hint of sound in the background. .
