Nice, honest review Aron! Nothing like an Invicta to bring out all the watch snobs among us who sound like it’s nothing to drop eight or nine grand for a real Sub. The 8926OB is what it is: a fairly-priced homage timepiece for those of us who can’t drop a ton of money on a watch but like the look and feel of a luxury timepiece. Yes, their MSRPs are a joke but beyond that, I won’t apologize for wearing one. Looking forward to the second unboxing this weekend and super job, as always!

The Invicta pro diver was pretty much my first non-quarter watch. I still have it, and it gets a lot more wrist time than most of my other watches. I wear it when I go for a run. I wear it when I swim. Classic looks. Bulletproof. Inexpensive. Dollar for dollar, I think the Invicta pro diver is a better deal than the much touted Casio duro.
I have a ton of watches and invicta takes up about 45 percent of them. Absolutely love the brand, their msrp prices may seem a bit silly, but it is in line with what other companies would charge for it if it had a different name on it. I own 4 different pro divers I wear 2 in particular the most out of my entire collection. Haters gonna hate but there's no reason to hate. The brand is great, there's a different style for everyone. The quality is awesome and the value is literally unmatched.
I have one of these & feel you're right on about these Pro Divers Aron! I truly don't get why people rag on them so much. A 200m WR diver with a great movement, the Seiko NH35, hacks & hand winds, and the build quality on these is also amazing for what usually sells for around $65-$70 bucks! These same mvmts are the go-to mvmts for micro brands that run as high as $350-$400. Thanks Aron!
I own a real sub, but I am NOT a watch snob/asshole and I am proud to admit I own MANY invicta watches and they are ALL awesome! You can't beat the price. Invicta is the reason ROLEX went from a standard 36mm case to a 41mm for their standard size because of the oversized Cases which made all watch companies raise the standard. For the money, the 8926 is pound for pound dollar for dollar worth every cent and it feels just a good as my real sub but I don't worry about some crack head with his underwear hanging out stealing it. This is for price paid an excellent watch . I actually own the Swiss automatic version of this watch it’s model #9937 . It has a Swiss automatic SW200 movement with sapphire crystal and a much better bracelet with solid endlinks and a milled clasp . I bought mine for $300.00 but of all the watches I own it keeps spot on time. You should check the 9937 Swiss version like I have 👍🏻
I had one with scallop bezel. Its a great watch. However, for the price its asking, its a bit falling behind. I just bought neymar 200m oyster perpetual homage with sapphire crystal and the same nh35a movement (this neymar has better regulated movement with 2.4 secs plus per day vs my previous invicta with -25 secs per day).
I have an earlier version of this watch with that miyota movement. I also have this watch in a different color with the Seiko movement. Both are absolutely wonderful watches. I reach for them more often than watches I own that are two or three times the price. The one with the miyota movement is 10 years old and it is still working wonderfully without any maintenance. If you can pick this watch up at a good price I highly recommended, either movement.
I purchased an Invicta and it was delivered with it already running. Is that the way its normally delivered? With the battery already operating? It's a gift so I want to make sure it's not already used. Thanks
@@OFD Thank you for responding, 😊 it's a Quartz Chronograph. It's the S1 Rally Diablo .68 carat Diamond mens watch . I was just surprised it was already running when it arrived. But perhaps that is normal with Invicta? My BF loves the Invicta watches and almost couldn't breathe when he saw an advertisement for this one one day lol 😅
Nice one Aron ! The 8926OB is still one of my favorites in my Pro Diver collection. I'm still looking out for the Pro Diver 31290. I missed the boat on that one the first time round. However, I heard that another batch of this model may be released in December or January. So Aron.... keep your eyes peeled !

In fact I have all ready owned a solid gold pro diver and managed to resell it with a profit, it is just that I have better alternatives with my Steinharts, Borealis and OceanX watches, especially OceanX watches are very well made for the price ;)
I like Invicta myself and I have several of their watches. I have two of the one you just unboxed in different colors. I do not like their gigantic gaudy styles but they do have some decent products. Nice video. Thx.
Good watch, but nowadays Steeldive or even Pagani and other Chinese brands offers much better specifications for same money. Bracelet, lume and insert are very poor in this watch.
Ah not so much I think. I have two Invictas and two Paganis. Both Paganis bracelets have lost screws causing the watch to fall off. They also have spongy bezels with a lot of backplay . Sure Pagani looks better on paper-and as long as you don’t wear it, it’s spec wise better, but the point is to wear them and in this way I think Invicta wins.

heck, i’m not even apologizing for my 37.5mm quartz 8932ob. Looks and runs great on my 6.5” wrist for years now.
I have the invicta Pro diver with gold coloured centre links on the bracelet and gold around the rotating bezel. It's one of my favourite watches.

I got this watch back in June and I love it!! It's not perfect but it's keeping good time and I enjoy wearing it.
For me it is a well made watch. Great value for the money.
It came in two weeks ago. I was stunned how refined it looks in person.

I have an earlier version of this watch with that miyota movement. I also have this watch in a different color with the Seiko movement. Both are absolutely wonderful watches. I reach for them more often than watches I own that are two or three times the price. The one with the miyota movement is 10 years old and it is still working wonderfully without any maintenance. If you can pick this watch up at a good price I highly recommended, either movement.
I picked a special edition invicta pro diver and it has a very handsome textured dial.

Well, did you order an automatic or Quartz movement? If it's an automatic, it will stop running with lack of movement.

I bought one on Amazon that came today. It looks great but came in a much less fancy box and didn't come with any paperwork.
I like this watch. I also like thst it is clearly branded. Mine gains about 3 seconds in 24 hours.

It's an okay watch and movement too for the price. I just can't bring myself to wear it, due to the obnoxious "INVICTA" on the side.

Not a bad watch but the band has to go. It's light and cheap. I put a spare Steinhart dive bracelet on it. Way better....
For Rolex homage l go Steinhart. Better watch for around the same money more originality go Vostok.
The same money? Steinhart is about 3 or 4 times the price of Invicta.
