I love the HuntStand app, I’ve been using it for a couple of years now, I’ve got all of my plots and stands marked on the map. I use it every time I go hunting, I love the hunt zone feature because I can check the scent direction at my stands, not to mention the weather and everything else that it offers such as sighting locations etc...
Yeah its pretty cool with lots of features. I use it daily hunting or not lol.
Whitetail obsession outdoors , Yep, I use HuntStand and I also use another app called Quiver but it’s mostly for logging my hunts, it’s pretty cool to lol.
Have you ever check the accuracy of the property lines? I did mine were way off could get you in trouble
Definitely could. Just have to know where you are and figure it out. I never 100 percent rely on a app to tell me. Always check ahead of time. From what I’ve seen tho everything had been dead on.
I rust be able to find out peoples property who own it but something is wrong now because I got an new phone and cant check out nothing now

I hunt 40 acres with absolutely no fields just all woods. Should I clear some trees with a chainsaw to create a food plot?
Yes you can for sure. Find a area that you can get in and out of it without spooking deer. Make sure to clear enough out to get sunlight in. Soil test it as well
I’ve marked all the pins on newly surveyed property plus all the scouting markers. How do I now connect the pins to outline my hunt area?
Which version is this ? I was thinking about getting it too
Not sure but it’s all pretty much the same. Lots of new stuff has been added since when this video was made especially in the app

No problem I have had both and actually deleted onX years ago and only had hunt stand. Well yesterday I had to look up a property for a client and he only had onX to send me a pin drop so I had to download it again. I figured out where the property was and then deleted it again lol.
I take it this has to be done on the desk top and not ur smart phone?
No sir as mentioned in the video that’s all I use is my smart phone to do this. I just used the desk top for this video easier to see. Android or apple.
