Elvis has so many different kinds of movements singing and dancing from one extreme to the other. He even looks different in every performance. And even talks different through the years. Along with 31 films. And definitely the best looking guy ever.
Thanks for this great reaction. So many types of music from rock, country, gospel, everything, and you have to have a flexible talent to do them all well. When you see where Elvis came from and what he went through to get there it's staggering. You need to do the short doc called, "Elvis Presley and the Black Community". He was an advocate and was also misunderstood. I promise you'll have a new respect for this man. Thanks, be blessed
Enjoying your Elvis reactions so much!!!! THE GREATEST ENTERTAINER OF ALL TIME - HUMBLE GENEROUS LOVED HIS FANS FUNNY AND HE LOVED BEING ELVIS AS SAID BY MANY OF HIS FRIENDS / FAMILY
Elvis is both dancing here but most interestingly commanding the band. Elvis is absolutely directing the band and the band is directing him in a very interesting conversation of the arts right on stage. Elvis was light years ahead of other entertainers. Elvis Presley and his drummer Ronnie Tutt is going to town here !!!
Pure Magic and Fire 🔥 No one else can touch the Mystic of ELVIS, a precious gift from God and I Thank God for blessing us with him for all these years later, Elvis lives on forever and Always TCB 1935
Every time I see this it brings me joy that he was having such fun and put his whole soul into it. I couldn’t help but smile and watching you smile is precious. Elvis is timeless and I am so happy you are exposing new audiences to his amazing talent.
There's just no comparison, to me... he was the GOAT. Obviously not your era and not mine either.. but my Mama raised me on Elvis and she'll 83 on Sunday.. Everyone in her facility knows she loves Elvis.. they've given a blanket of Elvis.. I've brought her pictures of Elvis to put on the walls, out front of her room is an Elvis picture. To calm her down.. she has a bit of dementia.. they have a CD of Elvis for her to listen to.. Makes me love Elvis even more that he's giving my Mama such peace in her current life.
Poke Sallet (correct spelling) is from the poisonous Pokeweed plant. When picked in the spring & cooked well, it can be eaten. Hut 2 3 4 was his fun reference to his days in the Army when they were marching. (he was drafted in 1958 came out in 1960). This song doesn't get a lot of requests but you should not overlook it -- it's from '72 in Hampton Roads, Virginia & a great fun, powerhouse, energetic performance with a cute finish. Elvis called out “Please Release Me” but the band began playing “I Can’t Stop Loving You” - he didn’t stop them, he went right into the song, he then walked over to his glass of water & playfully threw it at Glen @ piano -- ; Elvis w-a slightly deeper, richer voice here at ua-cam.com/video/LNtP5Gd8QGE/v-deo.html -- back the tape up all the way to make sure you hear him say Please Release Me then the water incident will make sense; also note his slightly irritated look @ beginning. He's a real powerhouse here.
Elvis var en mester i alle genrer 🎶🎶 Hvis du er til blues så vil jeg anbefale A mess of blues - take 1 Og a stranger in my own Home town X-rated version begge fantastiske sange der viser han skønne og humoristiske personlighed
Jane H …. I always enjoy watching Elvis performing Polk Salad Annie. I recently heard one Reactor, reacting to Elvis for the first time, saying that Elvis was famous in the 50s & 60s, & his career was declining in the 70s, but you only have to listen to the screams of people in the audience, & the wild applause at the end of this performance, to know that Elvis was just as popular in the 70s, & performed to Sold-Out concerts, right up until his death in August 1977, to audiences of all different ages. Enjoying your Elvis reactions. Thank you.
I agree! The 70's were great!! Even the last 2 yrs when his health was declining, he always gave a great performance 👏!! Always loved him and always will ❤❤❤
I'm a new subscriber and I'm also a long time Elvis fan... I am a 70-year-old female baby boomer born in 1955 grew up in the '60s and '70s but I grew up here in Elvis I had an aunt that was 10 years older than me and was a total Elvis fan....❤ I like checking in on all of the content creators that do Elvis music and I love seeing everybody that didn't grow up listening to him finally start watching him and listening and learning about him and the human that he was and the wonderful compassionate person that he was to everybody that he ever met.... All he ever wanted in life was to sing music and make his fans happy Make him smile... You're right He is more than a singer more than playing in some movies that he didn't like really doing in the first place He is the total package entertainer He's not a singer or a dancer or a movie actor he is an entertainer😊😅😂❤
It’s not a term it’s a real green that grows wild in the fields and woods - it’s a true plant - it’s just a wild green - like any other green - and you cook it the same way you cook collard or any other green
You probably also want to do a deep dive on Elvis as far as talking history and stories about him to really get to know Elvis the person the way people knew him.... He was born dirt poor 1936 as a twin, his twin brother died in childbirth in tupelo Mississippi... So he appreciated every fan and he appreciated every dollar that he ever made and he appreciated the fact that people loved him and wanted to listen to him.... I have always had a very diverse musical taste I grew up with a mother that liked classical music piano music Liberace Nat King Cole Roger Miller... My stepdad was strictly old school country Dolly Parton Loretta Lynn Johnny Cash Tammy wynette all of the old ones... And the posters that I had in my room in the '60s was anything Motown, The Beatles, CCR, Three dog Night, Linda Ronstadt all of the good old ones... I think you should tap into one of the stories about Elvis that will take you back to the very beginning and start your trip down the Elvis rabbit hole and let you learn how he started out and how people looked at him back then.... I would recommend Elvis and the black community, that echo will never die parts 1 and 2.. Look up the Memphis Mafia those are the men that were in his entourage that were with him all the time. They can tell more about him than probably too many other people can...❤
Great one.. I love this performance.
I like seeing this side of him.
You can never take your eyes off Elvis ,he is so facinating to watch he will put you under his spell

Mick, would you please react to E1vis BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATER (4k), also live from the summer 1970 season in Vegas. It will blow you away!
