I just ordered one of these. It'll be here tomorrow. Funny thing, fighters are the last reason I got this. I play a lot of arcade games in general via Mame. Beat em ups and shmups mostly. THAT'S what I got it for. Don't get wrong, I'll be playing some good ol Neo Geo fighters, some Street Fighter 3, some MVC, maybe even some actual fighters on my Xbox like Mortal Kombat X and 11, or Street Fighter 4. But I got this mainly for all around general arcade playing. I was initially worried about the quality. Everywhere I looked said to get the Mayflash F300 instead. It's a more normal rectangle build and is fully compatible with Sanwa parts. But, that was gonna take a while to ship. This one was gonna be 2 day shipping and I kinda just wanted to get it quick. I might get the Mayflash later down the line, but if the buttons and joystick on this are at least decent, I won't need to mod it. I've never used an arcade stick, and it's been literally 10+ years since I touched a real arcade cabinet (aside from like, a 20 minutes session on a 1up mini TMNT cab in Walmart...which was missing the top of the joystick). I won't have any preconceived ideas of what it should feel like. So I'm hoping it'll be fine. I've been looking up reviews on UA-cam here, and most of em seem to say it's fine. The big downside always being that you can't mod it if you wanted to. I didn't even realize this arcade stick had L3 and R3 on it, which will be useful since my RetroArch menu combo is set to L3+R3. I DO wish it had some way to access the right stick though. I don't know how, but just in case I have a direction on the right stick set as a shortcut, it'd be nice to have.
@@atifhussain290 Honestly? It feels pretty damn good to me. Works well. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I thought the small size of it might be an issue, but it's not. I'd recommend it.
Mine isn't working well after upgrading to ps5. I'm using the dualshock4 and it works for a while, but disconnects turn out in the middle of fight in 5 minutes. Somebody to help?

It is not designed to be connected with dualsense controller that is ps5 controller. It only can connect with dualshock controller that is ps4 controller. But if you know how to mod it with ps5 controller motherboard, you can play ps5 games sf6, tekken 8, etc. on ps5. I will do it in the near future and upload it on my channel.

Yup. It won't work on tekken 8. For Tekken 8, you would need dualsense controller that is ps5 controller to play Tekken 8 on ps5. And ps5 controller won't connect to this stick. I think Nintendo did sumthin in one of there updates because I can’t get this working at all for Switch🤦♂️🤷♂️ I got it working a couple years ago when I initially got it & decided to try it out with the recent release of the Marvel Vs Capcom Collection
I would suggest maybe getting the Mayflash F300 instead then. It's built more with modding in mind. Hell, it's built to work with specific Sanwa buttons and stuff right away if you wanted to buy them and toss em in. This one isn't really designed to be modded, so it'll be a big hassle by comparison. And the F300 is only like $15 more.
I think maybe bcuz it's specifically made for fighting games, ie tekken, MK and street fighter. Also I don't think it'll work on anything older than ps3
fyi this stick also works on pc but unfornately L2/LT and R2/RT becomes some throttle mode rather than buttons. but other buttons are programmable via emulator and detectable on most games
depends on what platofrm you use, i use fightcade 2 and its just like an emulator set up, you can dedicate buttons to any action (L2/L1 and R2/RT can be used for light punch and light kick)
Got one in a few days ago and very disappointed already. The build quality I thought was pretty good until one of the buttons already started showing signs of sticking. Hardly even put the damn thing to use yet, returning mine now.

No it doesnt, you need DS5 for Tekken 8. I plugged it in and it keeps getting stuck in some loop where it presses home and down button all the time

i played street fighter 5 with this fight stick trust me its worth it i can do combos and stuff with it

I would install a sanwa JLF lever, an eight-way restrictor gate, a bat-top and hayabusa buttons into the PXN arcade stick controller..
