Sourdough steamed bun -Orange Sweet Potatoes

Hi All, I am back with more video sharing. Simple sweet potatoes steam bun using sourdough starter.
Traditional food in Asian country.
Try it out and enjoy for breakfast or tea break.

I thought it was combining oranges with sweet potatoes. but I see they just meant the color of the sweet potato itself. but now I am curious if instead of mixing the sweet potato into the dough if perhaps you kept the sweet potato separate from the sour dough. and you also added orange to it.
